The pipes had already been cleaned under the sink, but it turned out there was a blockage in some old pipes in the wall. He came back the next day and opened up the wall in a bedroom behind the sink in the bathroom. He was able to clean out the pipes and replace a pipe that had been corroded and ended up breaking during the auger process. Brent and his coworker worked quickly to diagnose the problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness with the job, as well as his honesty regarding what needed to be done. He gives a two hour window when he is coming to allow you to plan your day and his time for scheduling is very reasonable and not far out. Sometimes same day, or a few days later, depending on the situation. I will definitely call Brent again when I have plumbing problems that need to be fixed.

So my issue was something that when we bought the house mentioned. Inspector said this in his report: Water Lines: Copper/PEX/CPVC - -Water hammering was noted when multiple systems were running at the same time - this is possibly a pressure regulator issue. Pressure drops at systems running with multiple systems running. Recommend further assessment and repair. Basically if both showered were running at the same time no water would come out. Randy came to the rescue! I was able to get my plumbing needs fixed. I will definitely call them again. I will be needing a new water heater (which he and the home inspector both said I would need in the future) and will be calling them to Install. Randy was a great guy he explained everything for me.
