I think the concept of this place is super cute a frozen yogurt play gym for the kiddos. The play area looked clean but doesn't look like it gets cleaned everyday. Good selection of flavors but none that I was a huge fan of. Huge selection for tops for the kids which is great from super sugary to fruits. The worker was nice and gave us several sample cups and luckily wasn't stingy. When you push down the lever for the yogurt it takes a second for it to come out and then it kinda squirts out so thats no fun cause then you'd up getting more than you'd like. read more

Wanted to try out a new frozen yogurt establishment. Came in over the weekend an hour before closing. The employee was no where to be found. She only came out of the back when there were customers waiting to pay. I actually ended up not getting anything because 3 of the flavors that I wanted were completely out. My bf did get a tub and the flavors were very muted. You really couldn't distinguish the cheesecake or the cake batter. We waited to pay and the employees friend who was hanging out with her at the time tapped on the pane glass to the back door area to get her attention. We left and went straight to yumilicious. If you are already in the Richardson area, do yourself a favor and go to Yumilcious. They have better flavors and actual employees that are working the register like they should be. read more

LOVE this particular monster location's yogurt. Plenty of options(usually 12) with sugarfree yogurt sometimes as well for those who want to indulge without feeling too guilty! Lots of toppings and options and prices are average compared to others in the Dallas area. They have some amenities like a play place and wifi that I see others use, but I dont particularly use. My ONLY drawback is to join their 'rewards'/loyalty program you have to pay $5. Update: I have been contacted by the owner and my understanding of the card is incorrect- you must simply PRELOAD the card with $5 which will be used at a subsequent visit so that they can better control the cards they distribute. read more

I went in because this is one of the few frozen yogurt places I've tried that also has sorbet for those of us who can't have dairy but still want to be social. I had the mango sorbet which was simply okay compared to ice cream places where sorbet is a staple, but what really sold me on the place was the toppings. There were huge waffle cones as well as two sizes of ice cream cups. The fruit was all incredibly fresh and tasted delicious and there were tons of toppings, both healthy and sugary. My friend loved his chocolate frozen yogurt and covered it in nearly every candy possible whereas I just had some fresh fruit and crushed graham crackers. You pay by weight so you can control how much you spend. The place had a few kids running around the playscape located inside the venue, but was otherwise quiet and we were able to hold a conversation with ease. I would definitely go here again if someone else suggested it since I can't actually have the frozen yogurt! read more

I was a little upset that I asked if there was a check in offer and I was told no, but then afterwards I found out there was. I found this place while searching Yelp for my sweet tooth. This place has way more selections for toppings and great yogurt flavors than any other yogurt place I've been to in quite some time. Kiddo had an overall great time! After reading the reviews and seeing the pics I had to check this place out. I was surprised to see that it was smaller than expected and the play area was no bigger than a small McDonald's indoor play area. The play area was one tunnel system that dead end to a emergency door which the kiddos easily opened. Straight up this is a kids playground and parents do nothing kind of place. So if you want peace and quiet don't come here. The yogurt isn't as good either. The yogurt is very good and with plenty of toppings to choose from. The only suggestion I can make is to change the dispensers used for some of the toppings. The topping container has a knob you turn to dispense the topping from the bottom. The problem is, one small turn of the knob dumps out a large amount of topping, usually way more than I want and it is very difficult to just get a small amount. Stick with the tried and true bucket and spoon method. Other than that, Monster is all peaches. read more
