It's a great place to bring your family! management is so well appreciated and everything is so clean.

The park itself is clean and well taken care of. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! It is also kid and pet approved. Overall , I would say this park is a great place for short term and long term stays. read more

The Management. Just don't. They do not answer phone unless mood strikes. They provide ZERO assistance or services. They sit in the office and collect money and send out irrelevant messages. They are Rude, Disrespectful, loud and Oh the Lieing Don't bother letting owners know, they have been told and ignore residents and buy into managers BS; which has resulted in so many people moving out. Several plant GFs and others have absolutely QUIT recommending that park. Do not use AUTO PAY they have been known to hit it 2/3x and they basically call you a liar when you try to fix the issue (even when you show them on your bank website) Water Treatment next door smells soo good. Agghh Management makes staying there miserable. Just Don't do it. read more

Rules are so strict they staff are mean they have no maintenance they never fix the road in the Rv park and they take money out of your account without even asking or calling and they are not good at answering the phone! the staff and service SUCK! Just to up date my review. Park is nice and new, but the spots you pay more for are on the pond- hole in the ground.. But directly behind that is a sewage treatment plant for the neighborhood surrounding the park.. the smell is so bad that you can't set outside in the afternoons if the wind is coming out of the North. Wifi doesnt work, no point in being a gated park because the front gate stays open most of the time, wifi is garbage, people have loud parties outside of each others campers nightly, and don't expect the rest of your monthly payment to be prorated; they won't prorate the rest of the month if you check out after the 7th of the month. They'll still take electric out of your $200 deposit too. I didn't even stay there for 2 whole weeks, so they made a killing off of me. I've stayed in campgrounds all over the country and never heard of a campground not prorating the rest of a monthly payment when you don't stay the whole month. read more

This place is the worst. Office staff is so incredibly rude. Office staff will degrade you, steal from people when deposits don't get returned and they have no clue what happens in the park. Old outdated rvs that are very unkept. Many rules that dont apply to everyone. Yards are overgrown and unkempt. Vehicles broken into and you are never notified of those instances. Pool is always out of order. Use a water filter because water has a brown tint to it. If you have any issues after hours there is no one to contact. Office says open til 5pm but is always closed by 4pm. This place has potential but putting up with management just isn't worth it. Do not lease from this place! The staff steals tour money from your bank account without authorization. They are very unprofessional and the manager Ron is a guy you cannot trust. I was a resident for a year and had trouble with front office. They are liars and he keeps hiring woman that steal from tenants. Not to mention the crime OMG Chambers police are always called against the staff. Amenities are not even worth it. Messing with my money is messing with my emotions They are charging me two camp sites and tried evicting me when they can't even do simple math!. Don't expect the rest of your monthly payment to be pro rated they won't pro rate the rest of the month if you check out after the 7th of the month. I was told by one person that I could get my stay pro rated. When we decided to leave they said they didn't do that, we left on the 17th never to return again. They'll still take electric out of your $200 deposit too. We stay there till the 17th of the month so they made a killing off of us . The trash cans are in a ridiculous place to have to drive through huge potholes to access them and it's not on the way out of the park. We have stayed in campgrounds all over the country, we always try to give good reviews but we can't allow other honest people be fooled into staying here, there are so many other parks to stay in that are a few miles from this one. One other is if you have mail delivered to you, after 5 you have to park in a parking lot that is far away from the office so if you have to have a large package that's heavy you new to bring your own help to carry it the distance or bring a dolly. There is a a driveway right next to the front door we were told it wasn't there to park and pick up packages. I'm sure I left out something, on yeah we have a water filter that we use at every park it's clear with a 5 micron filter element it's brown in a week. read more

This is a horrible place to stay the people will leave the bathroom doora open while you are in there constantly i seen people not pick up dog poop and someone has outside cats and the cats go all up underneath my trailer messed up some wires and the cardboard under it and when i moved here originally i thought finally a park when these OLD ASS 1970s ass people i was gunna have a chance nope and my neighbor likes to just sits there alll night listening to something on his phone and ever move i make he watching me and when my dog had to go to the bathroom and she ran out of my house and just was running around but she literally was still in my yard and he yelling at my wife and stuff I literally had to make sure my car doors were locked before I went to bed every day its just so crazy how people treat the younger generation and they tried to tell me i cant have signs on my trailer.... JUST SAYING before you try to compress me about something look up the law. Also btw hot tub dosent work some of the exercise equipment to and they wont give u the side gate code so dont use that gate or tell you that the hole day u pay to stay there ur gate code wont either Plz try to better coz not all people are like me i could have went off when u bang on my door but i didnt i was never a hard person to talk to hey talk me abt it ill try to fix it but if u just gunna juge me then have fun makeing no money read more

While its hard to beat the price, the staff and disgusting facilities make it an easy NO! After 5 consecutive months of my family finding toenails, cigarette butts, pubes, and even period blood in the showers. I was fed up. Not to mention that when you're drying off after taking a shower, anyone who opens the door exposes your junk to whoever walks by. My wife and 6 year old daughter even walked in on a couple showering. A DUDE IN THE WOMENS SHOWER. This ain't TARGET! There are warning signs everywhere telling you that you cant do things. Mud everywhere. Now kids under 17 cant even play in the hot tub. But make sure you don't question management and ask to speak to the owner, because they'll get really mad and call the sheriff on you and kick you out. Down the street is another park and for only 100$ more, the place is great, kept super clean with all the amenities plus. No mud. Well landscaped with free popcorn and coffee, awesome outdoor kitchen. Save yourself some heartache and infection and skip this one! read more

If I could give this a negative 4 I would. The park is nice but the manager is very argumentative,easily overwhelmed and dramatic. She hung up on me so I called back and she left phone off of the hook and I had to listen to her yell about other customers in the park. Needless to say I decided to stay somewhere else. read more

I really wanted to like this park. All of the staff is very friendly, nice new pool and additions. However, the slots are laid out East to West so you are surrounded by sun on all sides of you like to sit outside. Awnings don't help in the high heat. The summer temps were very high and our motorhome had a hard time keeping up with the AC. Trees would be a help. Lots of workers and tight spaces. I'd consider checking it out again in the future if I knew they had trees in the property providing some shade. read more

I have been traveling back home and have been back for a few days and since I've been back I have seen Debra help out a resident who need medical help also one of the owners also help an elderly lady who tried to walk up front and couldn't make it back so he gave her a ride on the golf cart I believe the people who own and work here truly care about the people staying here read more
