This restaurant used to be our family's favorite because it is next-door to the white fish hockey rink and our boys play hockey so we frequent there sadly a lot but after yesterday we will no longer be coming here because of their quality of food and rudeness of employees! When someone tells you the cheese on your food should have been rendered down then laughs about it and walks away. That's nice. Went back twice in four days. That should tell you something! You basically go in and grab a spot. Order drinks at one place and food at another. Full disclaimer: food takes almost an hour to come out but it's worth it. Keep ordering drinks till then ;) Regretting missing their pizza though- don't do that to yourselves- they looked gorg. Ok so we pretty much tried all of their ciders (shoutout to the pineapple cider for being brave and awesome) and they have a decent range from dry to sweet. We also tried all of their dark side beers - thumbs up to all. Kombucha gets a big clap for being absolutely spit on. Food- one of the best cheesesteaks I had! Bread was good and that filling was absolutely spot on. It comes with French fries. I have said this a million times that I judge a place by how they treat their potatoes. Fries are PERFECT! Let me start by saying I only sat/spent time outside. I was attending an event, and I was less than impressed with the cleanliness of the space and the low quality of the food. The pizza was thin and greasy, the salad was basically just lettuce...honestly the best thing I had was the basic hummus and veggies. They do have a cute painted mural outside in the back, and I enjoyed the live music. Definitely not what I was expecting though on my vacation to Whitefish. read more

Everyone working here is friendly and helpful! They take their time to explain if the kitchen is slow and you make the best of it. This is a great bar without all the upper crust hanging out. Seems to be a local place where locals go. I've had nothing but pizza on my two visits to Whitefish and enjoyed it both times. This isn't an upscale fine dinning joint. It is a great local bar with good people serving bar food and solid pizza. I'll go back again. The pizza has fresh ingredients, excellent sauce and the cheese is fine. We were staying in whitefish for a few days and actually popped in here twice. The tap list is the very best out of anywhere we've seen in a while. The staff is pretty friendly and there is plenty of outdoor seating. All of the food we saw looked good but we only tried the poutine, cheese curds and wings - I know super healthy. Nice beer selection, and friendly service. That's where the compliments end. It's open seating, so I found two available and comfortable looking chairs in the corner. As I approached, I saw a swarm of flies around the chairs and tables, which were filthy. I got in line to order the food and looked around at the other tables to see what looked good and, honestly, nothing did. We stopped in one afternoon for lunch while visiting town on a long weekend. The brew selection is extensive including ciders. They also have a good spot in the back where you order at the window and they'll bring it out to your table. I enjoyed the whiskey peach cider, it was very whiskey forward, but not in the "burn your throat" or make you really warm way. My bourbon loving husband really liked it too and he doesn't usually drink ciders. As for the food - everything was delicious! Especially the grandma's kick ass tomato soup. I enjoyed the tap house burger with a cup of soup. Wish I had a big vat of soup! It was so so good. The burger was good too! We eat here 2-4 times a month because it's fast and the menu has good choices. This visit, we ordered our usual-pizza & wings. I requested all wing,no drums and they said no problem. I then ordered supreme pizza,no green pepper, extra mushrooms. I individual in charge brought me my wings and said that there was a mix up in the kitchen and I got 6 drums ,4 wings. He knew I was not happy and really didn't appear to care. My order was placed when there was only one other table occupied. Then, our pizza came and didn't have the extra mushrooms. Also, same guy brought the pizza saw that I had put the drums to the end of table...obviously wasn't going to eat them. I go to the kitchen window and complain. I told him that I order the same pizza every time and I know extra mushrooms. AGAIN, he makes the excuse that he has a new cook. He makes NO attempt to remedy the mistakes. He could have offered a free appitzer on next visit, but he did not. This place is kind of a local hangout and on the way back From Big Mountain. We drive 35 min just to enjoy this place, but I now refuse to eat here again. I will enjoy their awesome beer selection though! read more

I love coming here when no one else is here. The beer selection is one of the best in the valley (competition with Brass Tap fo' sho'). I also really love the tasty food. Order your beer and food at the bar. It's made next door, so the bartender calls it over and then later a delivery is made to the bar of little cute brown boxes. Inside is a haven of yummy freshness and mouthwatering treats like never before eaten from a box. I like getting the gyro with fries. It's like$14 I think but well worth it. The kids chicken and fries is awesome and priced well. My husband likes to get the fish and chips. A friend of mine got the cheese curds and they were delicious. The bartender girl is so incredibly sweet and nice. She loves serving us and visiting. Although you order at the counter, she does a great job providing customer service. The atmosphere of the bar is fun. It's a place where everyone comes after they are done skiing, lots of out of towners. They had a great selection of beer, the bar was full and it's clear this place is pretty well known in the area. The food was okay. I had a crispy chicken sandwich and it did taste like it was one of those frozen patties on a cheap bun. I heard the pizza is fairly decent though.
