We also noticed that there was a QR code on the table, in which we were able to scan and view the menu on our phones. Once we had chosen our items, we waited patiently, while admiring the music playing on the loudspeaker, and the television screens showcasing the menu items in video format. The restaurant itself was dark, with moderate lighting, and a calm ambiance. More guests started to come as we were seated, and the restaurant became busier. Since we had ordered an appetizer, we were waiting on that to arrive while watching other guests arrive. Calamari was the appetizer in which we had chosen, as we both enjoy eating it. It was a tad spicy, and didn't have a lot of sauce on the plate to dip the calamari into. However, it did have a nice kick to it, and was easily eaten by us both. We then had to wait another ten to fifteen minutes to receive only my meal, which was the hamburger with melted cheese. We would have liked to receive our meals together however, the lamb that my husband ordered took much longer to arrive. Since the lamb came about fifteen minutes after the hamburger, the kitchen provided us with a complimentary salad, which we found generous. Both the lamb and hamburger meals were well-prepared and tasty however once again, not enough dipping sauce was provided for fries, and the salad on the plate with the lamb was covered with the sauce used for the lamb. Service was great throughout the entire night, with the server coming by to check on us, and apologize for the long wait for the lamb to arrive. Overall, this restaurant had tasty food and a chic ambiance however, the prices were a little high, and some of the presentation items (lack of sauce, slow service) were a bit of a let down. However, this place definitely had a lot of options, and would surely satisfy any hungry individual looking for a well-made meal.

This beautiful dish was a sight that immediately evoked a feeling of self-congratulation on realizing what I had "signed up for". One of the largest lobster tails I have ever seen was beautifully presented with the core of the lobster's exoskeleton, and immediately competed with the beautifully seared medallions of beef which were perfectly done. Incredibly flavourful, tender and the perfect complement to the lobster tail. The lobster was not just a sight to behold, it was plentiful in size, and had the beautifully distinct, rich, regal flavour and texture that only comes from something that is perfectly prepared. The gnocchi that was the third element was warm, al dente with a luscious cream sauce that was a delightfully heart-warming comfort food component. All perfectly balanced and a trio of triumph. The desert was an apple and spice cake topped with a delightfully delicate and scrumptious cookie that was the perfect topping, especially when the chocolate sauce revealed its true spirit! The wine was perfect, a lovely Cabernet from the Mendoza region of Argentina. The crowning touch to the evening was the dreamy music and singing provided by the extraordinarily talented and renowned Laura Fernandez. She was awarded the rare accolade of Steinway Pianist in Canada, for her ability to bring her artistry in song-writing and compassion to life. Her beautiful style on the piano, and her incomparable warmth and superb talent conspired with the fabulous offerings of Marquee to make the evening one to treasure. The bread alone was very tasty and fresh. The truffle parmesan fries were a bit of a letdown (3/5). They came topped with a very thick, mayo-based sauce that wasn't the most appetizing. I think I'd have enjoyed them much more if the sauce had been served on the side for dipping, but that's just my personal preference. The cocktails were a mixed bag. The Sunset Skies was easily our favourite and one I'd happily order again. Unfortunately, the High Noon wasn't for me--it had a very floral flavour that I found unpalatable. What really made the experience exceptional was the service. Our server was incredibly attentive and noticed that I hadn't touched my High Noon cocktail. Without hesitation, they offered to replace it with another drink of my choice and removed the original cocktail from our bill. That level of attentiveness and customer service really stood out. Overall, the food was enjoyable, the cocktails had a standout winner, and the service was outstanding. I'd definitely return, especially for the oysters on Wednesday evenings. Service was a 5/5.

The mashed potatoes were a highlight, veggies were cooked nicely, and everything had great flavour. Only downside was the bun that came with it got pretty soggy. Overall, it's a decent spot with good food and a nice setting, but the beer prices and the issue with the unlisted bacon definitely took away from the experience.
