When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and was impressed with the aesthetic--delightfully modern, sophisticated and minimialistic. In the past, I always got haircuts that were highly average and the experience was impersonal since the barber didn't feel engaged or interested. Sat 15 minutes after the previous client departed and their focus was on cleaning up, emptying garbage cans and making phone calls, never once connecting with me to say they'll be right with me.
