Decent food and good service. I'm partial to the Monte Cellos on Babcock (different owner), but this was almost as good.. service was good. Ambiance was "meh."

Still a really good restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. The wedding soup hasn't changed. It's one of my favorites in the area. They got rid of my favorite meal on the menu (manicotti), but they have shells stuffed with cheese, which is very similar. Going there with someone in a walker is a bit difficult and I can't imagine dealing with a wheelchair there. There are stairs on one side of the entrance and a curb on the other. If they have a ramp anywhere, I've never seen it.

First time here and this place is amazing. A little overwhelming with the large menu and being so busy but they got us right in on a Friday night. The pizza, stuffed banana peppers and fried zucchini were all great. Not much of an ambiance and The hustle and bustle was a bit much but we will be back.

I agree with the current average of 3.5 stars. Monte Cello's is a local chain restaurant that serves mostly Italian foods. I had previously rated the location in Ross Township as 5 stars, so I felt excited to try this location in Cranberry Township. Upon my entering the restaurant, I saw a few employees standing near the door. The seating hostess walked my husband and me back to a booth. My seat had crumbs on it from a previous customer, and my husband and I both commented that our seats felt hard rather than comfortable. Our waitress soon arrived and gave us menus to look at. I felt disappointed that the menu for this location did not list some foods from the menu for Ross. For example, this menu did not have entrees such as shrimp scampi or sides such as breadsticks. The menu listed several entrees, but it included mostly simple pizzas, wings, salads, hoagies, calzones, strombolis, sandwiches, and pastas. Our waitress waited to put in our order for our entrees, so we waited a little while for those foods to come out. Later, we asked her for drink refills, and she brought them out. I rate our appetizer combo platter of fried zucchini, cauliflower, mushrooms, provolone sticks, onion rings, and jalapeno poppers as 3.5 stars. I rate my entree of stuffed shells as 4 stars. I rate my husband's chicken parmesan as 4 stars. Our total bill was $50 plus a tip.

Understaffed on a Sunday night so service was slow. Their Chicago deep dish pizza is tasty!

$5.95 Bowl of wedding soup, just opened the container. Unfortunately, no bites were taken yet, it was just broth to begin with.

This place has always gotten 4 or 5 from me and my family. Tonight was disappointing. I'm very sick with the flu and was looking forward to their wedding soup as my only meal of the day. It was mostly broth and not a single piece of meat in either of the 2 bowls I ordered. It's $5.95. Also, the girls at the pickup counter are more concerned with gossiping with each other than handling customers appropriately.

There is a nice stage with plenty of room to dance, and the sound & the lighting is generally good. Certain bands play way too loud so especially for opening acts it's good to have your ear plugs handy. You can pay for early entry to any of their shows which guarantees you a table for dinner. Typically if you arrive at 6 PM which is doors for most shows, you will be able to find a seat at their very large bar. You can only get a table if you pay the extra money and get in at 5:30. Service at the bar can be hit or miss. This time around our first bartender was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, someone else took over for her and we never got another refill on soda or even asked if I wanted another beer... They simply just came and took our glasses away without even asking mid-show. If you wanna get something to eat, I recommend you get to the venue by seven or 730 at the latest for 8 PM shows so that you don't have to wait so long for your food to arrive. As I said in my previous review, I've been coming to the venue since they opened in 2012. This is the first time that I've actually eaten something there for a while and my husband and I were actually both pleased with our food this time. He ordered the Pittsburgh salad and added grilled chicken, and I had the chicken quesadilla. Both were pretty big portion sizes and everything was fresh. My chicken quesadilla was actually even better than I expected and the chicken inside was spicy so if you don't like spicy stuff, you may not have liked it, but it was actually quite flavorful. They have a full bar and quite a few beers on tap. For sold out shows they also open the upstairs bar and upstairs surrounding balcony area, which is a great vantage point for viewing the stage below. There is also a cigar bar at this venue. And they have a nice covered outdoor patio complete with fire pits. There is a large parking lot, which is free. Mostly tribute bands play here, but they do have some older national acts that come through as well. They also have a weekly bike night.

Everyone was satisfied about the meal. It was quite pricey, which was expected when we walked in because of the ambiance. So why only 3 stars? I live in Las Vegas and my guy lives in this area (long distance). Well, we were with friends that my guy hadn't spent time with in a while, and this was my first time meeting them. Nice double date! 3 out of 4 of us got multiple drinks and we were enjoying our dinner. We got dessert too. The manager checked on us once. We probably stayed about 20ish minutes after desert while talking and finishing drinks. We got up and used the restroom, and saw the mgr in there. We heard her say that our table "finally decided to leave." Very unprofessional when you are sharing the same restroom as customers to then be talking about them. I'd say the same thing had she not been talking about us but another table. I have 20+ years in the hospitality industry and that rubbed me the wrong way. Food wasn't good enough to come back, so this is a place that relies on ambience and service, which we'd come back for if the service were great...be hospitable. The server was knowledgeable and kind; it's too bad the manager couldn't keep her thoughts about well paying, well tipping customers to an area where customers couldn't overhear.
