Decent food and good service. I'm partial to the Monte Cellos on Babcock (different owner), but this was almost as good.. service was good. Ambiance was "meh."

Still a really good restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. The wedding soup hasn't changed. It's one of my favorites in the area. They got rid of my favorite meal on the menu (manicotti), but they have shells stuffed with cheese, which is very similar. Going there with someone in a walker is a bit difficult and I can't imagine dealing with a wheelchair there. There are stairs on one side of the entrance and a curb on the other. If they have a ramp anywhere, I've never seen it.

First time here and this place is amazing. A little overwhelming with the large menu and being so busy but they got us right in on a Friday night. The pizza, stuffed banana peppers and fried zucchini were all great. Not much of an ambiance and The hustle and bustle was a bit much but we will be back.

I agree with the current average of 3.5 stars. Monte Cello's is a local chain restaurant that serves mostly Italian foods. I had previously rated the location in Ross Township as 5 stars, so I felt excited to try this location in Cranberry Township. Upon my entering the restaurant, I saw a few employees standing near the door. The seating hostess walked my husband and me back to a booth. My seat had crumbs on it from a previous customer, and my husband and I both commented that our seats felt hard rather than comfortable. Our waitress soon arrived and gave us menus to look at. I felt disappointed that the menu for this location did not list some foods from the menu for Ross. For example, this menu did not have entrees such as shrimp scampi or sides such as breadsticks. The menu listed several entrees, but it included mostly simple pizzas, wings, salads, hoagies, calzones, strombolis, sandwiches, and pastas. Our waitress waited to put in our order for our entrees, so we waited a little while for those foods to come out. Later, we asked her for drink refills, and she brought them out. I rate our appetizer combo platter of fried zucchini, cauliflower, mushrooms, provolone sticks, onion rings, and jalapeno poppers as 3.5 stars. I rate my entree of stuffed shells as 4 stars. I rate my husband's chicken parmesan as 4 stars. Our total bill was $50 plus a tip.

Great food. Wish they had restaurants in Indiana. The pepperoni rolls and buffalo chicken rolls are the best hands down.

Horribly sick dry crossed on the Sicilian pizza. Tasteless sauce and sparse pepperoni. A one and done stop for me

Got there and we were immediately seated at a table on the outside heated patio. The good Appetizers - the areanchini, peppers, crab cake, meat ball and buratta hit the spot. Id probably give it a 5/5 - the diablo pizza was great as well The ok - chicken marsala was decent - penne rosa: nothing special The bad/terrible - the mushroom pizza was salty. Not sure what happened there - got some other pasta (can't remember the name) that was so bland, thought it came from costco - the bread: what's up with some American based Italian restaurants. Put some effort in the bread you serve - we had some different ladies serve us after a while and when we asked for the spicy olive oil they said they don't have it. Every time I come back to…read morevisit, a trip to Dominico's is a must, especially for me and one of my childhood best friends. Normally, we would always get the Chicken Parm with a side salad and their Homemade Italian Dressing, which is hands down the BEST EVER! Seriously, I don't know what they put in that dressing... but I want the recipe!!! The last couple of visits, we decided to switch things up and try the Enzo Chicken (after seeing it on someone else's table). Well... let me just say, I now dream about this dish... It is absolutely scrumptious! And because apparently one Dominico's visit wasn't enough this trip, I went back a SECOND time for the steak salad--you know, the one topped with fries, aka "Pittsburgh croutons." And of course, I drenched it in that incredible Italian dressing. Chef's kiss! The only thing I would give negative feedback on is the garlic rolls/knots. While they're good, I prefer a thick slice of garlic bread (crusty outside & soft in the middle). I live in Las Vegas and have had my fair share of Italian food, but this little place remains a true hometown gem. I managed to get a picture of the Enzo Chicken but completely failed to take a picture of the steak salad. Guess I was too busy eating it! If you're anywhere nearby, I definitely suggest giving this place a try. Come hungy & don't forget to order the Italian dressing!

We've been going to Domenico's since we moved here from Chicago 19 years ago…read more This establishment is not what it used to be. My husband ordered a pizza tonight and a Domenico's House Salad. He brought it home and to my dismay, it wasn't even close to the salad that I've been ordering for years. First of all, the portion I received was not enough to feed a 4 year old. The last time my husband ordered from there it was like always. Not this time. The order placed was supposed to be with 2 dressings. There was only one in the to go container. What was odd is that there was 1 garlic roll in the box and I've never had one before. I called 4 times to get thru to the "to go" section and was on terminal hold. Not once, but 4 times. I have the calls on my cell that shows the proof of time and number of calls. The last person I spoke to was Filipe. I explained the situation and his response was you got what you ordered. I call bullshit. He was rude, smug and determined not to rectify the problem. I told him I'm driving over with that salad and I want my $9 refund. He told me the salad my husband ordered was correct and was not going to issue a refund. I told him that if that's the case I will go online and the review I give will NOT be good. It's not the money nor lack of quality and quantity. It's the principle. Not one of the people that I spoke to physically saw what was in that to go container. I guarantee that I will NEVER EVER go there again nor will I order food from that establishment. There are plenty of local restaurants to give business to without being treated the way I was this evening. Filipe, your parents would be mortified of your lack of professionalism. *** I couldn't post this unless I rated it with a star. I'm only checking one star as it won't allow me to post this.
