I made my first appointment here for 11am. I received confirmation texts..none of them stating the time, so when I showed up at 11am, I was told my appointment was at 10:45 and since I had received the text, my appointment was cancelled for being 15 minutes late. The woman was rude and kept repeating my appointment was texted to me. I told her it had no time and I was told 11am. She told me that I would not be seen. I wasted my lunch on this appointment. I have been coming to this office for years and have always had great experiences. I usually see Dr. Irish (he's awesome) but I made a last minute appointment and was able to get in with Dr. Mann. She was so personable and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff is always super friendly from checking in to checking out. Today Amanda assisted me with choosing my new pair of frames and she was so patient with my indesicivness, but also very helpful and gave me opinions. Love it here. Everyone here is helpful, Dr Irish Is excellent with adults and children, and they have great knowledge of current products for everyone. My son requires his first pair of glasses and they are ordering some to try on him and were very responsive to my concerns. They are very aware of insurance coverages and work with you on options. And I especially want to thank Diana for going above and beyond, including ordering a pair of glasses that wasn't even in stock and looking through all the glasses in her own time that she felt would work for me, I felt I had been difficult as I could not find ones that looked good on me, she picked out a few she thought would look good on me, ones I hadn't even considered and I ended up loving them and going with that exact pair. Just called for appointment. This place ran me off. Popular place I guess. Clearly they were very concerned about my ability to pay, then what my vision care needs were. Not once did they ask why I was needing to be seen for. Funny, we have two overlapping eye insurances and the ability to pay cash.
