Wow. Amazing and quick service. I have been lugging bottles of just purified water jugs up two stories twice a week into my apartment. It was annoying and costed an arm and leg. My family wanted an under kitchen filter system, so I contacted a few places and ultimately selected Aqua-Q since Peter took the time to answer all my questions patiently and in a friendly and knowledgeable manner (I think bodes well for future customer service). I based my selection on: the fact that this company does have a state license for water conditioning, their product is made in US (California), the filters are replaced every year (instead of every 6 months), they are insured, the filter/installation is warrantied for 60 days, and they seem to have great customer service. It was easy to call to get info and appt/installation was also easy and went smoothly. The price was reasonable but not the cheapest, however, last thing I want is to have a problem with my water filtration system, so ultimately I'm glad I selected Aqua-Q for the assurance that they stand behind their product and will remain a resource for regular maintenance and any potential troubleshooting or questions or concerns. I just had this system installed today and I couldnt be more happier. I got the monthly plan where it's a set fee and they take care of the rest. I had already contacted another company for water purification, aquajur, and they left me hanging. They advised me to buy a hot water system and so I did and contacted them to install the whole system. They showed up and told me they wouldn't do it. As a result, I just told them to leave. I contacted Aqua Q and explained the situation. The guy was super friendly and listened. He told me that he will definitely take a look at what I got and if compatible will install it. I've had the RO system from Aqua-Q for about 4 months now and now I can't drink tap water anymore. A friend referred me to Peter at Aqua-Q and he told me about the health benefits in having an RO system. Initially, I got the system for my mom b/c she is really sensitive to water, and for the fact that having the new system is much cheaper than buying bottled water. At first I really didn't notice the difference in the water quality. I noticed that the water was little different in that it felt softer, but now when I drink tap or old bottled water I immediately notice the difference. My mom says that the water is sweet, but I'm not as sensitive to the water as she is. I now carry around 2 hydroflasks so I can always have my water with me at all times. Also, Peter is a good guy and was very clean. I asked him to place a water dispenser in my rock counter which required him to drill through the rock. I figured that he was going to make a mess because drilling through the rock would create dust, but Peter was able to make the hole in the counter and left no mess. Most of the time when I have work done at the house the workers always leave some sort of mess, but not with Aqua-Q. Overall, my experience with Aqua-Q has been great, and I recommend them to all my friends. read more
