I been coming to this place since the early 2000's and I must say everyone here is great. Andrea is my barber and she is an awesome barber and an awesome person, she does a great job all the time. Only reason I'm not giving this place a five star is bcuz the wait is USUALLY long....however....HUERO is extremely good at what he does.... My boys and my hubby have gone to other barbers....NEVER satisfied... They always come home to FIX their cuts....IF they can fix whatever messed up job they've had.... Whenever they go to HUERO....my boys look very well groomed.... Tapered well and really good cut...from line ups to fahawks..to regular spiked up hair... Huero knows what he's doing and takes his time to make sure haircut is perfect.... I would recommend this place IF u go to Huero or the guy with the glasses.... The younger girl with the red hair is good too....The older man... Mmm...can pass u up to more known customers or not cut hair as well... I've been coming to this barber since 2015 when I was new to the area at the time. AMAZING cuts by my barber Jose with the hat. He always amazes me when I get my usual medium fade with a combover. I literally get complimented by everyone at my job and I definitely send them to this barber shop. Highly recommend this spot especially the barber Jose who is the owner. 10!stars if I could! If I could give less than one start I would the unprofessional attitude that came from one of The Barbers literally had the owner have to come out and try to stop the whole thing and literally had to try to fix my nephew's hair after he ruined it. RUDE! On several occasions I went in, nobody was waiting, the first available barber went on what I thought was his break. The next person who walked in a couple of minutes later, the barber stuck his head out and asked him of he was ready. I just walked out. I been coming to this place for years! I always cut my hair with the lady the one close to the cash register. All of them are good barbers! The only thing that lacks is customer service, if your a new customers. Everything I sit and wait I experience this; If you ain't a regular, your pretty much a nobody and they'll ignore you. Got to give this place a one star review because unfortunately I cant do a zero. I walked into this place yesterday. There was one barber working on a customer and another sitting there. In talking to the one not doing anything I expressed I wasn't sure what I wanted as far as the type of cut. Without saying anything else he responded with, " You should probably go somewhere else, you may not like my work." I said , "Huh? You don't do good work?" He said, " No." I said, "Ok how about him?" (pointing to the other barber). He said "I don't think so". So I asked the other one , " Do you do good work?" He just shook his head 'NO'. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. So I told them "I don't know how you guys get any business" throw their card back on their barber chair and walked right out of there. That place left me scratching my head and a little pissed. Every time I come here the barbers don't make me feel like they want my business. They look at me like they don't want to cut my hair. And when it's my turn they most of the time skip me. And if I'm the only one waiting when they finish with someone they'll usually walk away into the back and not come out for about 30-40 minutes as if to avoid cutting my hair. Granted they might be on lunch but it happens like almost every time. And when they come back out they'll take whoever just walked in and not me as if I haven't been waiting. I don't have all day to sit and wait for 30 minutes for them to finish someone. Then wait another 30-40 minutes for them to leave and come back out just to take someone else and leave me to wait some more. Then finally to get my turn and wait my additional 30 minutes for the cut. They are so ungrateful because I always give them $4 or $5 tip. But they still act this way. I do not recommend this shop. Unless you want to be waiting for 2 hrs. They just lost my business and my son for good. Good job guys. Lose money, lose customers. That's a good way to stay in business. read more
