My engine light was on and my 2012 Ford Taurus Limited started to misfire. I contacted a number of mechanics on YELP and I decided to try this TIRE place with skepticism. Andres appeared to be upfront with everything and promised to follow up with me, after I had AAA flathead my vehicle to their shop. As promised, he did, with an unusual update. He sent a text with pictures that a rodent had chewed through one of the wires on the wire harness connected to my fuel injector thus causing the misfire. He said that the mechanic could repair the wiring, which, would've become a more costly to replace the entire wiring harness. This repair eliminated the misfire problem. I was very pleased. Under Manny this has been the worst experience ever. Took my suburban in for work, told it was ready 3x and each time we went to pick it up NOTHING had been done. Called yesterday 5/28 told the truck was ready. We went today 5/30 to see what has been done and it is in WORSE shape than when we left it. They scratch our rear window and ordered the wrong one to replace, they put window seals in that weren't sealed and you could put your finger under it, they took my driver's wind wing apart and left it hanging and removed all the screws from the door panel as well. I made Aram new mgr call Alan the district manager or big wig and he couldn't really say anything. I told him they better order me the right window and FIX everything they ruined!! My car was leaking power steering fluid for a few years but it wasn't enough to worry about. Recently the amount seemed to be much more than usual and I felt it was time to get it fixed along with a bunch of other smaller issues. Their facility looked clean and professional from the pictures and that put me at ease since I don't really like leaving my car at shady shops. The customer service was solid from the start. The gentleman at the front desk took all my info and gavee a pretty short timeline on the repair. I wasn't in a rush so I left my car there and expected to walk home. That's when the gentleman offered alme a ride home from one of the technician/mechanic. I was really surprised because I've never been offered that before but I do want to be clear, it was likely because I am a short 5 minute drive from the shop. They kept me updated with my car throughout my whole experience. There is more to the story but it doesn't diminish the experience I had in any way. This place found problems that I dont get how the dealership missed, there was a whole oil leak problem that these guys were able to fix that ford failed to address. They give photos of car issues that you have the option to fix, with live updates on the status. Free lyft rides to and from your house if you need it too. Stress Free Auto Care, will never be going back $1225 up-charge. Customer service rep that talks to you has experience. Still get a second opinion. Took it in to get the A/C looked at said my compressor was bad. Gave me bill for $1400. Took it to another place, the relay needed replacing the part was $25 that plus refilling the A/Cs Freon the thing that makes the air cold $175 in total. A/C works just fine now. If the bill from this place seems too expensive it probably is. They're either not skilled mechanics and look to replace whole parts cause they don't know how to fix them, or they do it on purpose to up-charge people that aren't familiar with cars. Either way will never recommend them to anyone ever. read more

Dishonest and deceitful. They just want your money. I took my car in because one of my tires was low and they found a nail in it. Cooks tire told me they would not be able patch it and the tire would need to be replaced. Namely, Andres proceeded to advise that all 4 tires should be replaced and quoted me over $1150. I decided to take a look at their yelp reviews to see what people had to say about this place and noticed reviews by people claiming they're scammers so I decided I would go get a second opinion. I took my car to Costco and paid $13 so they could patch the tire (NOT replace it) and the service technician there also let me know that my tires are just fine and do not need to be replaced anytime soon. I was freaking out a little bit because I found a screw in my tire and the weather was bad and I was scared to drive anywhere. Loved my experience! I had a huge screw in my tire. I came by about 1100 they said it will be about an hour wait, I asked if I could leave and come back in an hour, they said sure. Once I got back in an hour they took me right in. It took them less than 30 min and they didn't even charge for the repair. I will need new tires in about 2-3 months, I will be back to buy tires from them. They have a good warranty and free balance and rotation. Do not take your car here! They are liars and scammers. I took my BMW here for a flat tire on a Saturday. They finally call me back on Monday and tell me a list of damaged parts on my vehicle that would total over $2,000 with labor. They asked me when I had been in a collision, which I never had been. So after feeling that they're straight up lying to me, I have my car towed to my trusted mechanic in Fullerton (The Real Mechanic Shop) for a second opinion. He asked me if I had my tires replaced recently. I said yes, the other day, why? My mechanic told me that all my tires spacing was correct, except for one and that it is missing a spacer. And that most likely the tire shop I went got the spacer stuck to the balancing machine, which I guess happens from time to time. Needless to say, this scam tire shop tried squeezing over $2,000 dollars from me for parts that weren't even damaged. Screw these guys! I hope they get shut down and that bum mechanic find a different career path. read more
