I went to Diego's auto shop for brake work and check engine light issue on my 2017 Ford F150. They took care of the check engine light, but they did a terrible job on my brakes. Really? When I picked my truck up, the owner, I think his name is Diego, kind of a rude man to begin with, told me I also needed rear brakes. "Hey genius, why didn't you call me to let me know that I also needed rear brakes? So you want me to drive off from your shop after it's been there all day, and now you tell me I also need rear brakes?" Unbelievable. I do have a life! Besides that unpleasant and unprofessional experience, my dam brakes smoked for several days. Apparently, the mechanic failed to adequately clean the new rotors. This poor brake work is probably due to the inexperienced and lazy mechanics they use. I had to hire another mechanic to take care of the shit show! It cost me a lot of money, but BRAKES are pretty dam important. Stay away from this shop! read more

I have used this repair shop on a couple of occassions and have nothng but good results. Most recently i needed the exhust manifold gaskets replaced on my 1958 Ford and they were the only place willing to do it, They also gave the car a tune up and a couple o other items it required. They gave me a reasonable eestimate of cost and time and stuck to it, no hidden cost upticks. I would highly recommend them for any repairs to a car old or new. read more

Horrible service. Although they do well to diagnose you into doing work and give "great warranty" on repairs. This is crap! I used to trust this shop and had all my major repairs done here, I will NEVER, EVER return. I had a vehicle repaired here and spent almost $4,000 dollars on a replacement used motor and Bullshit follow up visits. The only problem was an oil leak and check engine light. The supposedly "warranty" is crap. From an oil leak they never fixed, to check engine lights, every time I took it back it was a fee of $90- $250. They never fixed the leak but kept saying it was other parts that needed repair and charged a "diagnostic $100+ fee" and claimed that I was driving it without oil after 1 week of getting it back. What car burns 2 quarts of oil in a week!??? After taking it in the 3rd time for another check engine light and oil leak since I had "warranty" and being told another BS lie, I refused another $250 repair and ended up taking it to another repair shop that only charged me $120 to fix everything and they found loose bolts, battery terminals loose, completely loose air filter box, loose hoses and 2 sensors purposely left disconnected causing the check engine light to turn on. It saddens me to say this but I will never return or ever refer anyone to this shop to be ripped off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! read more

Be careful when you take your car here, I asked for a vehicle inspection and they gave it to me. I approved the work to be done. Later that day they said there was a hole in my radiator and needed to be replaced. Impossible! The car was not leaking any water and this car driven far every day, that's exactly the reason why I want to keep it updated. They claim it was there but funny how they didn't find it when they did the inspection but after while doing the work. I will NEVER take my car to these people. read more

Efficient service!! With mechanics, you get what you pay for. And sometimes not even that!! I've had some nightmare situations trying to save money on car repairs. In the end, I paid for it with the length of time the mechanic took to fix my car. When you only have one vehicle that is a BIG problem. I've taken my 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor here 3 times. Each time they diagnosed the problem and fixed my car in a timely manner. Before taking it there the 3rd time I tried to go a cheaper route and got ripped off for $150 and still didn't know what was wrong with my car. These guys aren't the cheapest but I feel thier service and professionalism is well worth it! They performed a full inspection and gave me recommendations. I received great advice from Thomas when I took my Nissan in for a transmission flush. Rather than charging me for the service, he recommended that I take my car to Nissan since there have been some recalls and lawsuits related to the transmission. My girlfriends mom told me about this place about 4 years ago been using this spot for that long, never any problems and always done at the time they say it will be done, they also offer a warranty that covers you all across the nation on all work they do. And the best part is that it's not in a very busy side of town or "rich" side of town so prices are always good. Great place. Been using this place for the last 6 years whenever needed. I had an 01 Cobra that spit a spark plug and they handled it very quickly at a reasonable cost. I usually do my own work but a helicoil/timesert was something that i didnt feel comfortable with doing myself. My parents take their F150 and Expedition here as well for regular maintenance or any issues. Theyll even send a tow truck to your house if the cars not running. Although i wouldnt use their tow truck for road side assistance as it did take quite a while for them to show up. Regardless, excellent services they offer. read more

Can't believe the quality and attention to detail I got from Diego's. They did a motor swap, transmission and full suspension conversion on my '99 Cadillac De Ville along with new rack and pinion and whatever it took to restore my car to like new condition. It literally feels like a new car for alot less money than even a good used car [ which I test drove alot of ] was going to cost me. The staff is awsome to deal with, and I feel like family when I'm there. They also take care of my 1989 Mercedes!
