I don't know what they do to those peppers but they're delicious ... and pair perfectly with what I call their pizza bread. Appetizer and drinks were superb and after putting in our entree orders they were placed in front of us in under 20 minutes - fresh, hot and delicious! Neither of us could finish the entrees so we asked for to go containers ... and we certainly gobbled the leftovers up the following day.
