My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. I called a few places and they told them our situation and they were quoting $600+ plus to tow and drive us back to the Valley. I ended up finding Hawks via Yelp and decided to give them a call. I ended up speaking with a nice individual and he quoted us half the price. They came to our rescue and had to bring a flatbed due to the type of vehicle we had. He drove us all the way from Lynwood to the Valley. After going through such a traumatic and sad incident with my Father the Owner of Hawks drove us to our house safely he was kind, compassionate, he kept my sons spirits up and made us feel at ease and just safe. My AAA Roadside Assistance dispatcher was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but my battery receipt lists 'Martinez' (he had curly hair).
