Here is the main issue. It says on the website, sing along brunch 12-6. What it doesn't say is that the DJ doesn't start until 1:00. I would not have made the reservation for 12:15 if we knew the DJ starts at 1:00. Online it states a 2 hour max for seating which is understandable. That 2 hours should start once the drinks and food get to the table. You cannot take your time eating and drinking at this restaurant, The minute 2 people in our party finished eating the staff immediately appeared with to go boxes. The others didn't even finish their food at that point. Before we could even order more drinks, the waitress put the bill on the table. I asked the waitress about the 2 hour max seating that the website states and she said, No! it's 90 minutes. They add gratuity which is fine, I added extra once we were ready to pay. The way they rushed us made no sense. The table next to us had a big party and they were not being rushed at all. They were able to order 2nd and 3rd drinks with no problem. I could understand if the restaurant was packed and people were lined up at the door waiting to sit down, this was not the case. The ingredients are fresh and it is delicious. It is made to order when an order is placed. The staff at the register offers a "Welcome to Pollo Campero" greeting. They are courteous and helpful. This location is spacious and clean. It has ample indoor dining space to accommodate their customers. The restroom is always immaculate. The beverages are self serve at the beverage station. We also enjoyed the carne molida (ground beef) bowl, a chicken/sausage/steak platter, and the mixed protein sandwich which was enormous. The ground beef was a touch dry and the juice from the pulled pork made the bottom half of the arepa a bit soggy, but I didn't mind that. Overall everything was delicious and generously portioned! There is limited seating indoors but we were able to get a table at 5pm on a Saturday with no wait. The food took a little while (~20min) but it was well worth the wait!
