I have been frequenting this place since it opened over 20 years ago. The pizza is good, cheesesteaks are great and believe It or not the dinners are fantastic. The chicken parm entree is a favorite as the portion is large and the sauce and cheese are great. It is a deal for $18.99 I enjoy the wings and cheesesteaks, very good for a pizza place. They use quality steak for their cheesesteaks , one of the best steaks in the area. They have fabulous lunch specials for 12.99 you can get a cheesesteak, fries and a drink. They are excellent for delivery and I have never ever had any stomach issues which is amazing since I have had so many meals here. Great local place, highly recommend! read more

So they run Pasta Magnifico out of Montgomery Pizza(which is my favorite pizza) However BUYER BEWARE...not one of my orders was correct. Then man on the phone laughed at me and told me to call back in a week when his boss was home from vacation. Look at the pictures below of what I ordered and what I got. P.S. if you really like bolognese sauce, this is chopped hamburger on top!!! Well sad to say the "replacement" food just arrived and it is not edible, so greasy. I ordered a white pizza. When I opened it the pizza had tomatoes all over it. I had not ordered a bruschetta pizza because the person I ordered it for is allergic to tomatoes. When I called to find out if there was tomato in the pasta carbonara (there should not be!) I was informed there were no tomatoes. When I mentioned that it looked red the reply was tomato sauce. Hello - that is tomato. Thank goodness I asked additional questions or the epi-pen would have had to come out. I was offered a new pizza. But not offered delivery of said pizza nor when I explained I was a good distance away from their location not offered removal of the cost of the incorrect pizza from my credit card bill. Very average and no excuse for this on the east coast for pizza - the plain cheese didn't have enough red sauce to balance the flavor, so tasted like bread with overly salty mozzarella leather. Everything except pizza is good here. Margherita pizza was so thin it felt like I was eating crackers. Carbonara pasta is good on Monday's and thursdays. Mushroom Swiss burger and bacon cheeseburger are good. Fries are okay on some days. Sometimes you can tell fries have been sitting out for a bit. Cobb salad is great. Ordered from here today with my new job for lunch. Delivery came within the promised timeframe (45 minutes for 4 large pizza and 2 things of garlic knots). The knots were alright and the bruschetta pizza kinda seemed a little bland, but, their cheesesteak pizza was good despite just being meat, American cheese, and sauce. Ordered from here for the first time tonight so u will give my review based on that. I called in my pick up order. Girl on the other end of the phone was pleasant and efficient. Was given a 25 min wait (not bad for a fri), and when I arrived it was timed perfectly. Hubs had cheesesteak, which he said was very enjoyable. The steak meat was chopped fine and there was a good amount of meat on the bun. I ordered fried calamari. Tasted good, but I wish it had a bit more crunch to it. When I opened up my container there were a few nice crunchy pieces, but the rest were a little chewy. Served with marinara, but I also like my with tarter, which it my experience it is often served with. Also ordered the chicken italiano wrap. Nice flavorful taste and served with a side of fries crisped to perfection. Not the least bit soggy when I opened the container. And that usually drives me insane I will take into account that I only live 5 min away, so if I had a longer drive the food might not have tasted as well colder. Overall solid place. I phoned in an order and went to pick it up. When I got to the counter and gave my name, they asked what I had ordered and then they rang it up and I paid. I then found out that they never recorded my order and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for them to make it. They did nothing to rectify the situation and wouldn't even apologize for the wait. This visit was my second chance for them, as I was not happy with the food I had received about a month prior. On top of the 25 minute wait to get my meal, the food was again sub-par. Ordered delivery and had it sent to my work which is one mile from Montgomery pizza. I had to call 4 times to find out where the driver was with my order. Every time I was given the same answer, "he'll be there any second." After an hour later the food arrived. The pizza was luke warm and the broccoli bites were cold and rubbery. The driver was extremely apologetic telling me he was the only driver and the next time I placed an order I would have a $25 credit. I decided to use the credit from home a few weeks later and it took whomever answered the phone that "was in charge" 5 minutes to find the paperwork of "the credits they owe the customers." I ordered two pizzas both with one topping. Each pizza with one topping would be $15.50 so that would come to $31. Now I'm aware there is a delivery fee but he had the NERVE to tell me I owed an additional $10 and whatever I want to pay the driver. I work in a retail establishment and would NEVER have a customer pay the difference of a dollar amount this trivial. I'm not upset over the $10 I'm upset that I've been a customer for 15+ years and they screwed up and I'm paying for their error. I will never order food from Montgomery Pizza again. Worst customer experience. Twice in the past month I've tried their XL pizzas priced at $18.95 each on their menu: Buffalo Chicken and Chicken Paradise. On both occasions I was overcharged because I paid $21.15. $18.95 plus tax does not equal $21.15 (unless they charge 11-12% tax). However, $19.95 plus tax does equal $21.15. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, last night when I was called up to the counter to get my pizza, I asked the employee for an updated menu. He insisted that their printed menu and website had the correct prices, and told me to go check. I stated that those prices may be listed correctly, however, that's not what I was charged. He repeated his statement from above, pushed the menu at me, shooing me away. Although this confrontation was rather mild, at no point did a manager come over to diffuse the situation though there were about five other employees present. As I walked away, I could hear them chatting about my complaint among each other. I did not want any money back. What I wanted was for someone to acknowledge that I was indeed overcharged and to double check their menu prices against those in their register so that other customers don't have to experience what I did (twice). Though the place is primarily for pizza, they have a lot more to offer. I ended up getting a great salad here known as the Sicilian Salad. They were not stingy with the chicken and shrimp they put on there and the service was excellent. While I was waiting for my salad they brought out some complimentary garlic bread and marinara sauce. I've had the sandwiches, appetizers and pizza and all were good. I'd rate 5/5 but took one star away for consistency... sometimes they miss little things like dipping sauces advertised with certain appetizers, and once my bill was a few dollars off because they changed their menu prices but didn't update them online. read more

I used to be a strictly Main Street Pizza person. Although when I had their pizza at montgomery I now order pizza from montgomery. The only complaint I have and others I talk to is their fries. Main Street has way better fries. So as long as you don't order their fries you will enjoy your meal. If you want fries do as I do order from main street.
