Dish was crispy, warm and so flavorful. Large portions and great value, even had lunch for the following day. Inside was so bright, open, and service was very attentive.

10/0 definitely recommend this place, my family and I came here for lunch right when they opened so it was perfect! All I can say is this is one of the best Korean BBQ I've ever had. Food was delicious and so was my drink! We got the $200 package and it fed our family of four and we even bought back some leftovers back home. Friendly service, the place isn't as big as I thought it would be. We came early so we got seated right away, but I suggest making reservations if coming for dinner or on the weekend! Would definitely come back again if we're near by! We're from South Jersey so it was a drive for us but we happened to be around and always wanted to try.

This is one of the nicer Korean bbq I have been to. The restaurant is in a convenient location with plenty of parking. The interior is very clean, looks new, very spacious, and looks like a fancy restaurant. Service is fantastic very fast, accommodating, and friendly. I do find it a little funny that the waiters wear LED name tags. The food is very fresh, cooked very well, very tasty and delicious. I love the addition of the different kinds of salt they give it out. It almost my go to over the sauces. My Absolutely favorite cut of meat was the pork belly. Side note: most Korean bbq spots you leave smelling like it but here the vents are very strong and you don't leave smelling like it. I will be back again soon.

The service was amazing. They kept refilling the side dishes, sauces, drinks, lettuce, napkins, etc. that we wanted promptly. The food was cooked perfectly to how we wanted it. There's no other way I would want to do KBBQ. When deciding whether to order a la carte (which is what we normally do) vs ordering from their premade menu, you can ask yourself if you want the soup that it comes with. Otherwise ordering a la carte with a couple meats comes out to almost the same price.

Great consistent spot, food is always fresh and the waiters usually fairly attentive. Don't love their Korean chicken as it's a bit too oily for my taste but the Korean bbq and its sides are pretty good

Once again, we were not disappointed. I had to read my previous review to remember that last time we ordered the salt premium and it was plenty for 5 adults, we just had more kids with us this time (5 kids). I would say the Wagyu was a little chewier this time. The other meats were actually more tender like the kalbi and sirloin. We ordered everything marinated and non spicy since we had kids. The pork belly was still cut too thick for my taste. The service was a little slower this time in getting our order, but everything else was fine. All side dishes and lettuce are unlimited. They can keep refilling. We got cheese corn in the house again. They were able to seat our party of 10 with no reservation within 5 mins. We came on a rainy Sunday around 5 PM. Once again, we left without smelling like we ate BBQ at all. Their ventilation is truly amazing. Will be making the hour drive to come back at some point.

Visited Salt BBQ after various recommendations. We didn't order the k-bbq but will need to stop by to try it. The vibe was relax, clean restaurant and the service was fine. Started with the Cheese Fried Chicken and Salmon Sashimi Salad. The fried chicken was really great and aesthetically pleasing presentation. I loved the fried sweet potato garnish. The salad was also really refreshing and delicious with slices of pear and lemon to compliment the salmon sashimi. Decent portion of salmon sashimi. The Galbi Soondubu was a little disappointing. A lot of steamed egg at the bottom of the bowl and I would've preferred more of the galbi instead. Overall we had a really nice lunch. Will have to stop by again and try the k-bbq instead but had great appetizers.

It's always an amazing experience at Salt! I made reservations for 6pm and the place got packed fast. We ordered marinated galbi, prime bottom sirloin and prime ribeye.

Meat seasoned well and cooked for you, good sides, just a bit pricy. Service was quick.

I'm always on the hunt for better and more Korean food options in the PA and NJ area so when I heard about this new spot I had to make the 1 hour hike there from South Jersey Ample seating and lots of bbq tables. We started with a mojito, spicy rice cakes and some side dishes. The mojito was way too much sour mix but cute presentation. The spicy rice cakes were actually spicy and the rice cakes had a great texture! 6.75/10 The side dishes were OK, the kimchi was awful. It was way too ripe and way too sour for my taste but I dug the kimchi radish Then we got the galbi and prime rib. The galbi was way better. SO tender but the quantity was ehhh but I get it it's good quality. If you're debating what meats you should get probably just stick with the galbi and then pork belly if you must. The soybean paste soup was good! I would have wanted a slightly deeper flavor but not terribile and ample seafood. The naengmyun was great! WAy too much ice though but noodles and broth were decent Overall, I had a good experience but it wasn't like the ones in Korea and Fort Lee. I needed a better kimchi, deeper flavors but the galbi was good!

One of the best Korean restaurants. Service was absolutely impeccable the place has a very neat atmosphere n decor. But it's all about the amazing food ! Bulgogi & Pork Belly , so many sides. Steamed goyza. Definitely don't miss this place. 10 stars

All this under $300 for three people

Excellent service. Our waiter was efficient and very very fast; Cooked perfectly the four different succulent cuts of beef (sirloin, rib eye, galbi plain and marinade) in the most fastidious manner. And we appreciated the four types of salt provided, but the Himalayan salt remains memorable. The vibe with the bar in one corner and the karaoke room in another felt like a LA bbq/bar joint in heart of north wales. Banchan, seafood pancake, kimchi jiggae and cold bowl of buckwheat noodles all were flavorful. Appreciated the complimentary cheese corn and stewed eggs as well. Sleek and contemporary and very welcoming and comfortable, we shall be returning. For 3, under $300 for the quality, ambiance and service is a true value.

For a party of 6 adults how much should we order bbq meat wise?

I would order one of the Combos + 1-2 more a la chart meat dishes and 1-2 entrees.

If you've been to an Hmart, BornGa is basically the Hmart food court but its own independent restaurant, and that's not a bad thing. The menu is mostly made up of Korean soups and noodles, and I got myself a seolleongtang (ox bone soup). Really good among the seolleongtangs I've had, with a soothing beef flavor, a good amount of boneless meat that was easy to eat, and surprisingly some noodles in the soup along with the usual cup of rice. You do have to add salt as is usual for this dish, and there is a jar on every table. The highlight though was perhaps the only non-soup/noodle dish, the tonkatsu. My partner got it and it was HUGE, literally the size of your face. Perfectly crispy with a really nice sauce, no notes on the katsu itself. We did wish it came with more rice and the side salad, as the portions of those felt too small compared to the enormous katsu. However, there is complimentary and UNLIMITED kimchi (both the usual cabbage kimchi and radish kimchi) that you can serve yourself from a fridge, which is a great accompaniment to any meal. Just be reasonable and considerate with it, I'd hate for them to take it away because someone ruins it for the rest of us. Both dishes along with plenty of kimchi were incredibly filling, and every dish on the menu is a flat $16.99 (plus since it's counter-serve, no pressure to tip). All in all, BornGa is not the kind of Korean place that gives you a whole royal spread of banchan or piles of meat from the grill. But it's a great spot if you know what you're getting into - casual but affordable Korean comfort food.
