Have been taking my NX300 F sport and RC 350 here for the last 3-4 years. They service all Japanese vehicles. Hard to find an honest shop these days and this shop is a gem. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but the recent confusion over their operating hours has completely turned me off. There's *zero* consistency across their platforms--Google, Yelp, and even their own emails all list different hours. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning (since I'd gotten service on a Saturday before), and since I requested the appointment online I was hoping for a response. None was received. I called about my request but was told they no longer are open saturdays. I was told close is also at 4 PM--but Yelp says 4:30 PM, and their email claims they're only open *Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM*. The team has always been helpful, and I have had Saturday morning appointments before but their hours are inconsistent and having seen that they have different times listed on different platforms is beyond frustrating. read more

The good, these guys are very honest from my experience and I believe they are very thorough as well. Downside, an oil change is now $55. $10 more than it used to be more recently. Not sure if that's a valuable deal as I haven't gone anywhere else recently. They have a little lounge where you can sit and wait for your car to be serviced. The lounge has a television for you to watch or you could just let your mobile device entertain you. I think they're pretty quick and the response time when I called to book, my appointment was quick. This business is located in the back of a little parking lot which is quite crowded usually. You will need to be a little careful as you're driving around the lot as there are delivery trucks and cars throughout. read more

Reliable mechanic shop in Vegas. I know it's tough to find someone you trust. But, this is the place. Trust me, they will take care of you. They are honest, and want what's best for your vehicle. They took me in on short notice to get an oil change, and they made sure to go through the entire list with me to show me everything is okay on my car. The only thing they pointed out I needed fixed, was a tire that I already knew needed to be replaced. The oil change is priced reasonably. Notice this place when I was driving by, I wanted to take a look as the place seemed busy I walked in to get some information on my other car I own, it's a 2001 Honda Accord and where very nice and knowledgeable. I took my car to get repairs and do have to say they fixed the timing belt and fuel injectors at a reasonable price. Would gladly recommend. SIDE NOTE: The people complaining on the comments of how something in their car went wrong it's because they have taken it to other mechanic shops that other people worked on and didn't do a good job and blame the current work shop that's working on it. Stay with one mechanic and everything should be fine.over heard a customer complaining and when the mechanic specialist ask who worked on the car, the customers always stay silent, says a lot!!! read more

These guys are great. They accommodated my wife last minute and didn't try to take advantage of her like 90% of mechanics she deals with. Admittedly, honesty is fleeting in an industry that is plagued with dishonest mechanics. Alas, so long are the days when I had access to the base garage and lifts and tools. As busy as I have been, I've let my wife make the decisions on the car repairs. She found this place and chose to go with them due to the amount of reviews. Even after sitting in the lobby, she noticed that the cost for certain work was the same and quoted by different mechanics in the shop that rang them up. With COVID impacting pay as so many other millions across the country, we had to run lean and mean with necessary repairs. Replacing new tires for instance, with tires purchased online. Spark plugs bought from O'Reilly were another. What we needed were the tools and the know how for the rest. We were treated fairly and more importantly,honestly. Always thorough, honest and reasonable. I won't take my Lexus anywhere else! My first time there, my brakes were squealing. They put it on the rack, showed me there was still plenty of meat on the pads, and explained that it had rained a few days prior and dirty got in between the pads and rotors. They cleaned it out and said I good to go, no charge. I had them do an oil change and cabin filter. I couldn't leave without throwing some business their way. We were one of our annual Vegas trips. Driving in we notice that when going over the two lane highway dips, something was dragging and scraping the pavement. We pulled over and clearly saw that the oil pan cover had been damaged and the clip that holds it in place was broken. When we arrived in Summerlin, my husband looked up Honda repair shops on YELP. H-Tech Auto was close and very responsive. They gave us an appointment for the same afternoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a couple of great guys. They were expecting us, knew the issue and were ready to help. They put the car up on a lift and showed my husband the damaged area. The technician, I believe his name is Pete said its not that bad, I will secure it right away. It took a couple of screws and it was secured perfectly. It took less than 5 minutes and the job was done. We said thanks so much and asked for the bill..... he said its okay, no charge.... Didn't expect that....we did give Pete something anyway, as his time and expertise was greatly appreciated. I am giving them a well deserved 5 star review. It was a small job, but there was great effort in all areas: response time for appointment, knowledge of issue, honest evaluation, cleanliness of shop, and value of customer review. Its great to know, that anytime we are in Vegas and need some assistance with our car, we have a local place for service that we can trust. The drive home was perfect, not a sound underneath!!!!!! Made an appointment to bring my car in. Told the techs about my front lower ball joint and bushings and suspension that needed to be replaced/repaired. After looking at my car, a younger guy came in and told me that everything looked good and that my ball joint and bushings were fine. I had taken pictures while being under my car and knew that they either didn't actually check, or they weren't properly trained to know what a bad bushings and ball joints looks like. They told me I would have to leave my car there and possibly overnight so they could drive it even though I had an appointment and made it on time. I felt like I was either being played, or that they just did not want to do the work. I think the older gentleman who owns and operated the place is probably well trained, but he didn't seem to be the one involved in making the decisions around the care of my car. Gotta respect people's time and train the young guys. That was a weird experience. I'd recommend another shop if you need more in depth work done. read more

Every technician I've had the pleasure of working on my car has always been knowledgeable and helpful.
