Came and checked my electric drain on my battery and told me it was a bad battery! Even though this was third battery in six months. I told him i didnt think so but went ahead and bought another battery for over 400 and paid him 15 0 even though he quoted 100. While changing starter for my GMC, I ran into a problem.I physically could not remove starter from engine compartment. After 3 attempts I thought someone must have a shortcut that I'm not aware of. We drove from California and had our alternator mess up so we called him up to fix it and he said he could do it for $450 so he did it and the job when fine until we got home and the car started making a really weird noise. So we took it to the shop and they said we had gotten installed a faulty alternator and we needed to replace it asap because I drove far for work. It's gonna end up costing us another $585 dollars. When we called Jerry he said that it had a warranty so we went twice to the warehouse to pick up a new one and they did not let us get another alternator. There was no solution and now we're out over $1000 for an alternator. Very dissapointed and stressed out. read more

Called Jerry to come over a give a quote on fixing my 97 Chevy Silverado truck that was starting reving up and then dying. Jerry came over and said it was the timing and he said he would be over on the weekend to repair it, So I gave him the $50 for the diagnosis and was expecting to see him that Saturday.
