This guy is a Scam artist. He tiold me it would not be so expensive to jumpstart my Lexus. He charged 85 freaking dollars when someone else would have charged 30-35 Do NOT call this person! He didn't even use a jumpstarts ring like most places would use. He used freaking cables. He wasn't even with us more than 10 minutes! Find someone else I lost the number to the guy I usually use and he is professional and nice and charges like 30 dollars Beware what a rip off read more

Kameron probably saved my life after being stranded on the 215 with a flat. I can't remember when I've been so scared. He stayed on the phone with me until he pulled up. He made me feel safe and quickly got me on the road again. Geico sent him....but maybe a higher authority read more

I was rescued by the Team at Mr. Jumpstart. Being a female and stranded was scary. I remembered a referral I was given and called them immediately. Considering it was such a stressful situation, I am Beyond thankful for making the call to Mr. Jumpstart. From the Dispatcher, who was kind, patient, compassionate and helped calm me to the Gentleman who arrived FAST and treated me so Nice and Respectful, they really turned my bad situation into one where I felt better with Peace of Mind. Great friendly staff in a time of need Angela was the lady I talked to on the phone she was sweet and caring about my problem and informed me she would get a driver out to me as soon as possible. Anthony was the tow truck driver who came out to help me out he was halarious and when he laughed his belly jiggled like santa clause thank you for being my blessings and help me get my car to a mechanic as soon as possible. The BEST!! Seriously, that's not just empty praise, I mean, like a meat head I lock myself out of my car ON the Fourth of July 2017 (without the car running). Everyone else wants like $60/$80/$95 to come out since it's a holiday and so forth. Fast forward to Mr. Jumpstart. Fifty dollars, they had a guy there within an hour of me calling it and he opens my car like like a pro. Easy, peasy. Cannot thank these guys enough for considering the price, the ability to get to me very quickly and the friendly service the technician provided. I was told by my Auto Repair that this was the best place to have your car Towed. The people in the office are extremely friendly and helpful with my needs. I did not have to wait a long time for the tow truck to get to me. Anthony was understanding and new exactly where I needed the car to be towed to. He took care of my car the way I expected. He is injured from this accident and brought his uncle and I to help him gather his things from his truck. Upon arrival the gate was unlocked and open so we headed in, which is what we had been told to do when we called prior. Instantly we were hounded by four men yelling at us and treating him like a criminal. We explained but they still shouted and acted belligerent. We went inside to sign the paperwork and apologized for our mistake but again were berated and told we shouldn't have gone in and treated like criminals. They threatened us with arrest for "trespassing". I think the man who we were speaking to was the owner which was shocking. you'd think as a business owner you'd want to treat your customers like people but nope! We are looking into having his truck towed elsewhere due to the horrific service by this company. 0/10 will never recommend.

I used to go to Discount Tire exclusively but the last few times I went there, they were only interested in selling me on their most expensive tires that I didn't even need. Not to mention they never even had my size in stock for any tire. I got fed up and found Tire Mart. Not only did they have what size I needed, but they always had different brands of tires in stock. I went with some Crossmax tires a couple years ago and happy to say they're still holding up very well. Best of all, it was about $200 cheaper for all four than Discunt Tire was for two of their cheapest tire that weren't even in stock. Fast forward, I bought some wheels for my car and of course Discunt Tire was trying to upsell me on their ugly wheels instead of mounting the ones I already bought. Also trying to sell me on tires that were absolutely not needed and quoted me $2600 in total for everything. I went back to Tire Mart, and they installed my existing tires onto my new rims and mounted them on the car for only $160. Took less than two hours also vs probably taking all day at the other place. Customer service is always great here, prices are definitely fair, service itself is pretty quick. I'm doing some more work to my car soon and will use Tire Mart for their services. They offer many different financing options as well. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and will continue to do business with them myself. I live on the southwest side of Vegas and the drive to Tire Mart on Losee is worth it.

Anthony the owner is the nicest, most professional guy I have dealt with in years. He is one of the few totally honest operators left in Vegas. My car battery died, I called him, he said he can be there in a while. Gave me a time and he arrived at that time. Quoted me a price of $120 for a battery with `18 months warrantee and I accepted this. When he arrived there was an issue to do with reversed poles on the new battery so he jump started me for free and got me to drive home. One hour later he arrived at my home and fitted the new and correct battery but the one he brought had a 5 year warrantee instead of an 18 month warrantee. He said the cheaper battery he originally quoted me was sold out but he would fit this more expensive one at no extra charge because it was not my fault it was sold out!
