In middle of global pandemic no employee at Monument location that was actually handling the food after it came out of the oven wore a mask. Staff rolling dough, putting on ingredients wore mask- then pizza went into 350 F oven for 20+ minutes, and person cutting the pizza did NOT wear a mask. I do NOT see sanity in this approach; certainly NOT a way to inspire confidence in customer. And btw, it is NOT a safety issue to wear a mask for the few moments it takes to cut and box a pizza. read more

Went in here on A Friday for lunch time. Took my boys and ordered a pizza for dine in then on for carry out. Pizza was hot, pan crust delicious, service was friendly. All around great experience! My boys saw the Ranger jersey and were impressed. We are big LP fans and only advice, a little more local decor. LP or PR. Local is huge in Monument. Either way we will be back! read more

I'm writing this review before I have even tasted my food - my partner showed up when they said it would be ready at a certain time only to wait 30 more minutes past the promised time. They gave an awful attitude towards my partner stating they couldn't find the order that the need to see the receipt then turned away when trying to present them the receipt completely ignoring my partner leaving me to call them and ask what was going on - they said yeah they got the order and it will be ready not sure why they couldn't communicate this with my partner. Maybe the food will be great but our experience is already stained with poor customer service. read more

Pizza was decent, service was pretty terrible. I ordered pizza, garlic bread and wings. Waited 30 minutes, they brought me someone else's pizza, waited 10 more minutes for our pizza. The wings and garlic bread took another 20 minutes and we ended up taking them to go, the wings were burnt when I looked at them at home. Definitely NOT worth $50, feels like I wasted money tonight. I have only been here twice, and sadly there won't be a third time. First, I'd like to say that they have really good tasting pizzas. That is the only reason they get two stars, and not one. I ordered my pizzas online last night at 5pm. Said the order would be ready in 50 mins. I get an email saying there was a 15 minute delay on the pizzas. I arrive at 6:15 on the dot, and my pizzas were not even made, let alone ready to take home. There was a long line of people waiting for their food as well. Unreal! They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. (Excuse me? You not only delayed my order, but it's not even ready when I arrive). Finally at 6:45, they call my name... with one of the pies being an incorrect order. He looks at me as if I was lying, and then looks at the receipt as if to double check that they were in the wrong. He replies, "I am sorry, there is no excuse for this." No refund on the pie? Or even try to make things right with me? It was a lot of money for 3 pies. Next time when I'm looking for pizza, it's much easier, and faster to just go down the road to Papa Murphys. Something needs to change drastically for this business to thrive in the future. This was our first time ordering and we will definitely order again! We had the four meat pizza, a calzone, and a Philly grinder. All three were excellent and exceeded our expectations. we tried pies and grinders (mid-week) for the first time and fell in love with the quality ingredients and taste of the pies. so long Dominos! :) the 10" is very satisfying for one to two ppl. i love supreme and hubs loves meat lovers. i also love their calzones! i gave 4/5 because the last two visits (on weekends) the customer the timeliness of pickup has been sub-par... i waited 20 minutes longer at curbside for a pick up and still needed to go in to get it. they said they would call back but clearly they were swamped. they do have a HELP WANTED sign outside... again great pizza and will still keep coming back! read more

I have been a solid customer for over a year. Ordered our regular pizza tonight that we threw in the trash. No sauce, no cheese and stone cold. After talking to the Manager, he was argumentative and he claimed "he made it himself". Instead of sending out a new pie, he claimed to credit our account (Yea right). Dinner was ruined and had to come up with a new plan after waiting an hour for the pie to show up. For the price I had high expectations but was let down. Papa bear pizza wins in moment for this household. We tried to eat here a week ago (Tuesday) but were told after ordering it would be 45 minutes or maybe two hours. So we left. Tried again today and it was terrible. This is not a particularly clean restaurant so thats not appealing to start but we only have so many choices in the immediate area, as such, we keep giving it a try. From the start, the staff working at the time was friendly but not very knowledgeable. My husband's sandwich can out and we were told my pizza would be out in a minute. It wasn't. 15 minutes later I went and checked on it. They burnt it and didn't tell me and didn't seem particularly worried about making it better. Just made another one. It took about 45 minutes for me to get my pizza. We were the only people in there. So all that aside (cause I really want to be patient these days) we asked for foil as we were getting ready to leave. The nice individual that had helped us earlier went and got us some foil. But then, right in front of my husband, this other employee, possibly a manager, in a red shirt, told the individual giving us the foil that she couldn't do that in a very rude way. We were offered a box which did work for us. Then that rude employee threw that foil away. I have no idea why she couldn't provide foil, which would have been nice to know, but she never should have handled it that way. This place needs some serious customer service improvement as well as a better overall ambiance or it is never going to make it with Pizza Hut moving in the same parking lot. read more

"Honesty is the best policy" as they say, one star for my overall experiences here. Came here with friends for our first time and it was pretty good. I am originally from Chicago in which this pizza doesn't compare for me personally on that level, but was overall a decent for a local Monument pizza place. The next visit wasn't impressed at all, pizza lacked sauce and tried a grinder sandwich which I will never get again. Third time was average again with lack of sauce when asking for extra. We went in tonight to try it one more time...place was empty and they had an hour wait time dining in from to-go orders. It just didn't make sense to me. It's sad to say that this place had promise, but has been good to worse food since we started. I think they hit a low point with customer service for me and will not be back. Ended up at Anthony's for the same price (including a free upgrade from 18" to 24"). Anthony's is much better but I really wanted to support a local place, just disappointed. read more

Their pizza is fantastic and they are very generous with the toppings, especially the cheese! We had 2 pan pizzas, one with white sauce and cheese and the other with a bunch of veggies. Their crust is amazing. I have recommended them to 2 other families, and both of them also had great experiences and were really impressed with the food. I can't wait to go back! read more

This place has exactly the same greasy, tastless "pizza" as the Barellio Brothers that used to occupy the building. The folks working to there were friendly albeit kind of dense. We told them "thin crust" 3 separate times and they made Pan crust which basically a thin crust with more tastless crust around the edges. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because to he kids working there were nice. read more

Went for lunch with our family of 4. We ordered 2 Italian grinders and a calzone. Waited about 30 mins for our food, and when it came out, it was all lukewarm (the grinder was supposed to be a hot sub). Fries (which had NO flavor) - lukewarm, calzone- lukewarm. Overall decor is depressing and a bit dirty. Stall door to the women's bathroom doesn't lock. We won't be returning- I can make less disappointing food at home, and there are plenty of other restaurants in the area with friendly, upbeat staff, clean and inviting decor, and food that makes you glad you went out to eat. read more

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I'm making an exception for this place. I read the other negative reviews, but thought I'd give a local small business a chance. My wife ordered a pizza and wings at 5:26. She told me the guy taking the order seemed a bit "off" and was crossing her fingers for the delivery, that was quoted at 35-45 minutes. Well, we waited until 6:45 to call for an update. The exact reply she got was "oh yeah, we delivered it to the wrong house, but we are remaking your order now and it will be delivered right away". My first thought is, you have our number, why didn't the delivery guy call us? Okay, I can wait for the remade order. The delivery guy finally shows up two hours after the order. The pizza and wings aren't even lukewarm, so it's pretty clear the driver brought the original mis-delivered order back to the store and they re-delivered it 90 minutes later. I considered calling back to talk to the manager, but no decent manager would have let that garbage be delivered to a customer, so why waste my time? Steer clear of this place. read more
