The food at domino's is always hit or miss in quality but despite that it always hit the spot. When I come in i frequently find myself admiring the overall vibe and ambiance of the store. Super cozy. And thats emphasized even more by the incredible team. The insiders are always hustling and even the drivers make me feel welcome. Pizza is dominoes so fast food pizza. I didn't leave a tip because you like charging 6$ delivery fee. That's the tip. So online has an option to leave at door which I selected. Of course they knock setting my dog off.. he told me the manager asked me to sign I had no pen, driver didn't offer I made a mark with thumbnail. He said how can I make the experience better?? Then why didn't you leave it at the door? He leaves I get a call from dominos telling me why I was wrong and didn't select the option to leave it at the door. Did I ask for the call? No. Then the entitled girl on phone was condescending and not polite. They were trying to strong arm me to get a tip. Sorry no. Delivery charge is that to me. Got a problem get a new job. I called and placed my order with Frank who was very friendly and got my order perfect. I'd forgotten to order soda so I called back and spoke with the store manager Martin who was equally as friendly even saying he appreciated my choosing the Domino's in Monument. HORRIBLE! Constantly forget the sauces they charge at $.075 a piece. We've been ordering from these guys for 3 years and it's ALWAYS wrong. Either the order or forgetting the sauces. I've probably wasted $30.00 in sauce over the years. Only reason we use them is because they are local in Monument. Mismanaged. This has happened before which is why I feel like I have to review them. I ordered a pizza, over an hour later, not delivered. However, on their online tracker it had been delivered. Called and the chick said she was in the process of remaking it since it was lost and it would be here in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later it shows up. Pretty sure it was the pizza from almost two hours earlier as it was cool and dried out. As I have stated my order had been misplaced before but at least the times before I got a fresh pizza albeit late. This time the $20 pizza went to the dog and we had scrambled eggs. I can't believe i'm even taking the time to write this review.. honestly i'm very disappointed in this branch location.. typical wait time is on average 45 minutes.. now I was a previous employee of Dominos so I completely understand if the branch can get backed up.. but if so hire more delivery drivers.. furthermore I've ordered pizza numerous times and every time I order a hand tossed pizza they don't put on the garlic sauce on the crust.. I've complained before and expressed it was a problem but this being the third time now has lead to this review and me now waiting another 45 minutes for a new pizza.. I understand it's just garlic crust but my belief is if it wasn't that serious i'd just simply order a thin crust or Brooklyn style pizza instead if the garlic crust wasn't of great concern to me.. read more

Yes it's Domino's and being from NY it violates everything I know to be true to even be here but then again I'm in Colorado Springs otherwise known as Foodie Hell. Even though I don't live in Monument I drive up here from north Colorado Springs because the Gleneagle Domino's service is so horrible. I literally stood there like a dummy for over 5 minutes right in front of the counter waiting for someone to at least acknowledge my presence. Nothing. I walked out and have never been back. The fastest order to door service time in the history of delivery! Wow! They must have teleported here after cutting the pizzas and boxing them up. Impressive! We've ordered from them many times without issue and always had great customer service. It seems as though there has been a management change and we received the absolute WORST customer service we've ever had. My husband ordered online and thought we were getting a 50% off deal. The price online he remembered paying was different than what the receipt said once the driver got here. When he called to talk to a manager to clarify the price he literally got screamed at (I could hear the woman/manager through the phone). She did not try to rectify the situation nor did she even try to use manners and explain the costs- she just started yelling loudly through the phone telling him about the boxes, and heating bags, etc. they had to buy. He had to say "Ma'am, ma'am please stop yelling at me where did this come from"? We were SHOCKED! She had absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Who makes this type of person a manager? Last visit we ordered cheese bread. After waiting 30 minutes only to find out the order was never properly placed by staff. Service is deteriorating. Dominos always makes delicious food and specializes in customizing. As with any service industry, there is potential for mistakes and Dominos customer service is excellent and they go out of their way to ensurte customer satisfaction. A definate top notch company! read more
