This place has a #6 spot rating in the us but I think that's wrong. It should be #1! From the moment you walk in the door you feel the energy. The ice cream is delish. The owners are so nice. The ambiance is everything. We're from out of state and this is the best ice cream we've ever had. We've brought our family here when the come to visit and they all agree it's delish! We haven't been when there's a wait but we would absolutely wait for this!

This clean pink lively disco savvy looking Creamry is for the good of those who are not Lactose intolerant or for those that will test their tolerance for this treat. Rocky Road for the win was chosen. And for those that need gluten free they have you covered. Staff is very friendly and attentive. There seats to for relaxation while endulging in your favorite dairy cool treat. If you are in the area happily move to the disco savvy establishment that may or may not make your belly movw or groove to the tasty beat.

Friday special - two scoops of your choice in a waffle cone, $6. This cone has salted caramel & peanut butter ice cream.

Our party of two dropped in for the Friday special of two scoops in waffle cone for $6. We went with salted caramel and peanut butter. Both in house made ice cream were creamy and flavorful. The waffle cone was fresh and crunchy. Employees were extremely friendly and efficient. For $6, it was a steal.

This is the BEST place in town for ice cream! The owners will and Bill are extremely friendly and this facility is very inclusive! LGBT+, Black Lives Matter, Asian lives matter, and eco friendly! Their ice cream comes directly from a dairy farm and they also have a great report from the health department for being clean and sanitary. The ice cream is extremely delicious and they have multiple flavors and toppings and they make their water comes in house so you know it's fresh! Moral is, I worke highly recommend this place if you want great service, great décor, a great experience, and most importantly great food!

Friendly and fantastic ice cream shop in federal hill with direct from the dairy fresh tastes. There's a rotating g menu of treats including vegan, kosher, and allergen free in house made options as well as commercial dole and shaved ice products. For non sweet eats there's chips and hot dogs and bratwurst. It's such a fun shop with sparkly features.

Moo Moo Cows is a great ice cream shop. The owners are very kind. I was struggling to decide what to order, so I got one scoop of strawberry cheesecake and one scoop of cookie dough. Both were very good. The strawberry cheesecake had a rich cream cheese taste and the cookie dough had just the right amount of brown sugar flavor. Each tasted very fresh. The prices were reasonable, too. I'm looking forward to going back to try some more flavors soon!

Popped in on a warm day and I'm so glad I did. The ice cream here is so creamy and flavorful! They have a good selection of staple ice cream flavors and a few others. The consistency of their ice cream is probably my favorite in Baltimore. I got a scoop in a cup and boy was that a HUGE scoop! Love it. The decor is cute (tons of cow wall decorations) and especially their disco ball! There's a few tables to enjoy your ice cream inside, but also some bench seating outside to enjoy the day with your sweet treat. Service is super kind. They'll have various Dole Whip flavors during the summer as well which is a huge plus if you like it!

Moo Moo Cows has a very high rating on Yelp, which encouraged us to pop in v. Bmore Licks nearby. The man behind the register was very friendly and kind. The ice cream was good, but not my favorite in the city. That said, I still enjoyed the cookie dough with rainbow sprinkles and hot fudge. My daughter loved their vanilla soft serve. There are a few tables inside to sit and enjoy your treats.

This place is so cute! They had excellent wall art (see photo of cow paintings!!) and fun music. Please us the ice cream was great. They have so many flavors to choose from. Since this was our first visit, we got a single cup of brownie and then a split cup of cow tracks and Rocky Road- all were delicious! The people working there were very nice and had great energy. We will certainly be back! :)

Let me start off by saying that this is definitely the best ice cream in the DMV!!! It was really good I got the strawberry cheesecake cake, my sister got the brownie which was the BOMB!!! And my dad got cookies and cream which was like Adam Jones hitting an out of the park home run and Lamar Jackson throwing a 70 yard touchdown pass to Zay Flowers at the same time!!! The service was also good because one of the workers saw that I was overwhelmed by the amazing flavors and suggested a few flavors I could try! Only a 13 minute walk from the harbor in a great location. Don't let the broken windows deceive you (I genuinely wonder what happened to the windows lol) this shop is simply amazing. I also want to try a hot dog from here ( yeah they have hot dogs).

Hot Pressed Fine flour on location until caramelized sugar wafts the buttery waffle's hint of cinnamon. NUFF SAID! right!?! Yes, the 4 differences between Moo Moo Cows, and the competition. The competitor's ice cream: 1. 'Premium' ice cream (less dense and less creamy) 2. The hard flavors aren't flavorful (the coffee doesn't taste like coffee, etc) 3. The soft 'ice cream' tastes like Ikea soft-serve in comparison. 4. Factory made waffle cones. MOO MOO COWS ice cream is REAL creamy SUPER PREMIUM ICE CREAM, saturated full of flavor. We showed up at Moo Moo Cows a few hours before they were opening with 4 kids who had been promised ice cream. The owners happened to be there and couldn't have been more friendly! They let us in when they weren't even open, served up some delicious ice cream cones and probably made our kids' weeks by even adding some rainbow sprinkles on top. I can't say enough about how kind they were and we'll definitely be back (during normal business hours)! Thank you! :) read more

I got the vanilla/chocolate twist soft serve and my friend got the mango sorbet- and both were sooo sooo good! The owners were also extremely nice and friendly; and the vibes were awesome. Can't say enough great things about Moo Moo Cows, we will definitely be coming back! read more

Best experience at any icecream parlor I've ever had! We were a group of 8 on a Saturday night, the owners were extremely welcoming and friendly and urged us to sample the flavors so we'd be able to better pick. I have never had such a hard time deciding what flavor I want, since every single sample was delectable! In the end I HAD to go with the soft serve cinnamon toast crunch, which they had just made fresh. It was like eating the cereal but BETTER. It even came with a healthy sprinkle of cinnamon toast crunch cereal on top. Hands down the best service, experience, ambiance, taste and decor that I have received at a small business! read more

Moo Moo Cows was so much fun! The atmosphere is so inviting and the staff is great! Very friendly!! The owners are so hands on and welcoming that you feel right at home. They love kids - human and furry ones! The ice cream was delicious - my favorite - Butter Brickle was on the menu!!! Awesome! And, they just opened the Snowballery!!! Both the Ice cream and the Snowballery have big menus! We liked the ice cream so much, we went back the next day for the hot dogs and bratwurst - and they did not disappoint. My husband even wanted to try his brat on a homemade waffle - and was thrilled with the results! Moo Moo Cows should definitely be on your "list to go too"!! You will be glad you did!! read more

Great ice cream and the cutest little shop! They have specials every day of the week including a 22 oz milkshake for $6 on thirsty Thursday! They also make their own waffle cones. Yum!!!! The owners were such nice people who were eager to share the history of the ice cream and the shop itself. The ice cream parlor is immaculate. What a cute place! Bill and Will made an adorable delicious ice cream parlor from Hopkins Ice Cream ( in my town of Lewes, DE) . I had the moo fait ( a chocolate/ hot fudge/ Oreo sundae ) and it was quite a party ! My daughter had the homemade waffle cone and said it was delicious ! This shop is super cute and festive with a bunch of cow and ice cream art decorating the place. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and the ice cream is delicious. I tried a couple different flavors and they were all very creamy and had a nice smooth texture. I eventually decided on a small sundae and it was anything but small! One very generous scoop of ice cream, 4 toppings, whip cream and a cherry on top! It was great, but way too much for me to eat in one sitting. Thankfully I live across the street so I went home and put my leftovers in the freezer for later. Ate the rest the next day and it was still as good as it was when I ordered it. Will definitely be back for more and my new go-to ice cream shop in the neighborhood. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I was too impressed with this place to not say anything. It was my first time there. Customer service was excellent. The two men working there were super friendly. They remembered my friends that I went with, who have gone there only once previously. The ice cream was very high quality. The best ice cream I've had in MD. I'm usually a cookies and cream guy but I sampled the black raspberry out of curiosity and left with a quart of it. It's my new personal favorite. I'll be back whenever I'm craving something sweet or need ice cream at home. read more

Sadly, they didn't have any cookies n cream at the moment, but luckily they did have the honey graham. The service was solid: the worker was nice and I was able to sample four flavors (key lime pie, honey graham, vanilla bean, and chocolate love) without any issue. After sampling the flavors, I decided to get a triple cup of 2x honey graham and 1x vanilla bean. - The honey graham was like that (I see why it's popular). I let my mom sample it, and she enjoyed it so much that she got her own the next day. - The vanilla bean was pretty good and paired well with the honey graham. The ticket included two glasses of wine. The menu was not printed online so we went in kinda blind on what was served. The first course was a roasted vegetable dish which consisted of broccoli, fingerling potatoes and pears with a Greek yogurt sauce. The second course was chicken thighs with risotto in a tomato sauce and the third course was a granola strudel with pears. There was also an arugula salad with grapefruit segments and parmesan cheese. I can be brutally honest, none of the courses were seasoned well. The first course was cold, the vegetables were wilted and did not mesh well. Was not expecting pears to be with my roasted vegetables. The second course was underwhelming as well. The food did not have any flavor and the dessert was not my favorite at all. I only ate the fruit out of the dessert. The chef did come out and let us know what each course was, however I felt that she really wasn't too personable with the guests. A few of the guests at the table were her friends so she only engaged with them, and of course they hyped her up, however the food was bland and underwhelming and the majority of the guests including myself did not finish their plates. If there is another community dinner, I hope it will be with a different chef in mind As I stated before my review is of the event, not the business as a whole.

The most amazing and friendliest ice cream shop we've met thus far in Baltimore. Creamy quality ice cream. My waffle cone was thick, fresh, and crispy. The shops owners were so helpful and patient ... explaining all the delicious flavors before we made our selections. The best part is that they offer sundaes for your pups. My doodles consumed their desserts in less than a minute. We also got a bratwurst which was an added bonus. My husband took a bite and started nodding his head in approval.
