The attendant became argumentative with me, after I made my wash request at the booth. Words were exchanged and the attendant slammed shut the booth door. I was not aware that my credit card was not processed. The attendant deliberately cut off my wash, after I entered the garage. After exiting the garage, I immediately returned to the entry booth and spoke with a Carissa and requested my wash. She refused to provide a wash for my vehicle and threatened to call the police. She demanded that customers treat employees with respect. I asked repeatedly that I be given my wash and not to be treated as such or make it about respect, when the words were mutual. Carissa refused. That's no way to treat your customers. The disrespect started with the employee toward me and became mutual. It became elevated by us both. You do not treat customers with disrespect and demand respect in return. You certainly do not mislead by pretending to provide your service, then not providing it. Carissa should have defused the situation and misunderstanding by providing my wash. Instead, she tells me how I need to behave as a customer, informs me that I am not getting a wash and threatened to call police. That is not customer service! That Carissa wanting to be right and win the argument and punish me. Is her job to provide customer service or win arguments with dissatisfied customers? Am I expected to not return, in the future? I was not disrespectful initially, nor belligerent with the attendant. I simply quickly and abruptly stated that I wanted the $22 service. I was annoyed with the pace of the line. After I asked for the $22, the attendant became challenging to me, by asking "How I'm doing?" and not answering my request for $22 wash. She could see how I was doing. She asked me in a confrontational tone. I answered her questions, how are you doing, by repeating that I wanted the $22 service. In turn, she got belligerent with me! Is your company in the business of selling vehicle washes? Or, in the business of teaching manners? I have visited that cash wash many times. I was completely shocked by being treated in such a manner today. I'm 65 years of age. I do not appreciate young girls, in their 20s, supposing to tell me about respect, when they first no nothing about customer service. None of this would have occurred, if the attendant would have said, "May I help you?"; Instead of "How you doing?", to an annoyed customer. Back in my day, we said, "May I help you?" That seems too ingratiating for today youth or business. But it is not. It shows a real willingness to be helpful to the customer. Not lip service. There are several new carwash places popping up in town, and I have tried their introductory membership programs, but after that the regular monthly fees are pretty high. $20 and up (and up!) which is fine if you take your car in to get washed every week. But I don't. It just isn't worth it for me. It may well be for you. So, I'm looking around for a place that has a decent price and quality for single washes. This is the first big chain I've tried for a single wash. A basic wash is $7, which actually isn't bad. I sprung for the slight upgrade with more cleaning, for $12, which is still not bad, and at the rate I go of about once a month is cheaper than any place's basic membership plan. Service was great. The car is pretty clean, although not perfect. They have free vacuums. I will definitely be back. read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had TWICE. The employees are BEYOND rude and downright nasty. I was given a free car wash from a manager and the woman at the entrance accused me of not having a legit coupon, told me she hopes I don't have any future coupons and I said I won't be coming back and she said "I hope you don't come back" this is the second time I have had a major issue with a woman running the entrance, two different ones, the second claimed to be a manager. Awful, awful customer service and incredibly rude workers. I would never go back here and I hope they fire those employees. Terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. Saw a sign that said free car wash, expected it not to be. But it was! I think we're in a trial as this location just opened. They were selling a $0.99 special for one month today (mid-January) through mid-February, after that your card will automatically be charged at whatever level wash you select. Great deal, free wash, came with a wiping cloth for the exterior of my car as well as a wet dashboard wipe and air freshener. I really took the time using the vacuums. Really happy with the result! I moved to this side of town, so I decided to try this franchise out. Unfortunately, it's not for me. The Basic Wash & Dry $15.99/mo. Unlimited doesn't do much. There is no spot-free rinse, so when I came out of the wash there were water droplets all over my car, meaning that I would have to wipe my car dry if I want it to look presentable. I was told that the next level up has the spot-free rinse, and underbody and wheel blaster, but that is an additional $9.00/mo. My previous car wash (which I have returned to even though I have to drive farther to get to it) has an unlimited car wash for $14.99/mo. and I get a spot-free rinse, an underbody wash, AND my car is towel dried by the nicest young man. So even though Moo Moo has the cutest signs that say: "Moo-chas Gracias, Thank You Heifer So Much!, We're Udderly Grateful!, and Thank You Dairy Much!" I will choose a different car wash. read more

I normally don't get excited about a car wash enough to review it but I'm really excited to have a new car was location closer to the house. This is a new location so everything is new and nice. Moo moo is a really great car was chain that does a great job of getting the outside of your car clean but they have free vacuums so yo can get the inside clean. I've been going to this location since it opened, generally happy, however I find out today they are not giving out their towel packets with the the VIP wash that is going up in price staring 1/1/2023! So first you raise prices and now you're telling us you are taking away the goodies?!? A Zoom car wash just opened up by me, I am thinking I may switch to that. Went to the new MooMoo Car Wash when it opened a couple months ago in Westerville, Ohio and tried out a carwash. The friendly people there even gave me a MooMoo car deodorant to hang off the mirror. After a couple days, the swinging of the deodorant card distracted me from driving so I hung it over the gear shift rod. A couple weeks later, to my shock, that little deodorant card had eaten into the large plastic trim making it look shattered. I picked up the deodorant card and there in teeny tiny letters (magnifying glass necessary) were instructions to not let it touch plastic or vinyl of any sort. Really??! I ran this by many friends and family members and no one knew about this. I then took my 10 month old CRV to my Honda dealer and the estimate was in the hundreds of dollars but WONDERFUL as Honda is, and because my car is almost new, they are going to repair it for free. So, am I returning to MooMoo Car Wash? NO! ps...MooMoo, stop giving away freebies that eat away at your clients' cars!! read more

This is probably my favorite Moo Moo's in Columbus. It is the least packed and the line moves fast. Also they have the car mat holders that not all the locations have. This just opened in Westerville and I'm so excited. It's incredibly nice. They have two different hoses with different attachments (one that is angled to get in between the seats where I drop everything) so that's super cool! The staff is really nice and the car wash is amazing! The line gets kind of long but it goes pretty quickly. I highly recommend! The staff wear masks and everything is super clean! read more

A friend of mine who does not speak English very well, tried to fix MooMoo from taking an automatic payment from her bank account when she sold the car. She sent her son who did not speak much better. After several months, my friend asked if I would speak to them and try to get her money back since January of this year. Miss Unique Johnson sent me an email stating they would refund three months. When I called an explained the situation further, she requested from her manager to refund an additional three months! Now, this is conflict resolution with professionalism, understanding, and not just strictly adhering to policy. This country needs more companies such as this who go above and beyond to truly understand common-sense circumstances. This company and its employees are truly blessed and share those blessing with their customers. I humbly recommend that if you encounter an issue with this company, offer a reasonable solution. They may just surprise you as they did me, and actually listen and "want" to help keep you as a customer. read more

IMO, anyone who gives a negative review is trying to cut corners purchasing the most inexpensive wash and expecting luxury results. This place is awesome!!! I probably use the actual wash 1-2x a week and the free vacuum 3x a week. As a smoker the ash sails everywhere. Friendly staff. In and out. Maybe you haters, should just wash your car at home. Great place till they broke the gas cap off my Mercedes S-class. It's been a month and half and they haven't wrote me a check nor done anything. I have been more then patient with them even after they had me running around town getting different quotes from body shops. The employees are really nice people but corporate f*cking sucks.
