Another one of Flander's Favorites!! Found this place a couple years ago and have been just hooked ever since. I mean just look at their creative menu and sandwich names! A breakfast/sandwich shop that has beer and wine? Holy moly! It really isn't like anywhere else. My personal favorite sandwich is called the Love Child which is a scrumptious french toast sandwich with turkey, swiss, ham, and powdered sugar!! I'd recommend it for any first timers. If you're feeling adventurous, try it with some syrup. As for the place itself, the atmosphere is very relaxed. The music is good, I always catch Paul Simon on the radio! And they've got free wi-fi so I can get some work done. Ive never seen this at any other place, but they have all the classic board games that you can just take out for free! Im always looking for a new chess partner ;] This place is definitely one of those underrated gems, a place where you can actually come in and meet the owner and you know they care. so the owner of moogy's (philip s.) decides to give his own shop a 5-star; interesting...hmm...i've ate here and don't think it's worthy of even 3, 2 at best since there's not enough meat in the sub, sure he says they can always add more meat, but honey, i'm not looking to pay another 3 or 4 bucks for that, a sandwich on its own should have enough filling without having to incur further charges. overrated and overpriced. dude, it's not like another register will speed up the service, it's more like you need another 10 cooks in there. read more

My first experience at Moogy's was great! I am visiting Boston from abroad and this Friday, while it was raining heavily there was no better place to be than Moogy's. It is not a fancy looking place but you get more than your money's worth. The sandwiches are delicious. Wow, just wow. Mister Chub s must be used to eating slop. Sure the sub is large, but oscar meyer oscar cold cuts would be better than what they have in here. The bread is way too doughy.
