They offer at least eight soups per day, so you'll always find something for you. The french rolls you get with your soup complete the meal; I shove my roll into the bowl, load it up with broth, and take a bite. Delicious! Where you have to be careful is with the other stuff they offer here. The store is loaded with other things like desserts, salads and sandwiches. These are hit-and-miss. The sandwiches are all pre-made, cold and frankly nothing special. They offer a spicy pasta salad that simply doesn't work. (I've never tried a spicy pasta dish that I liked.) The potato salad is fine. I've been told the tuna salad is okay. If you're in doubt, skip the other stuff and stick to the soup. The soup really IS the star of this place.

There's something incredibly peaceful about settling in with a hot bowl of noodle soup while the clay pot keeps everything piping hot on a cold, snowy winter's day. The menu has so many different soups and hand-pulled noodles that I keep telling myself I'm going to branch out. In fact, I *thought* I had branched out...until my food arrived and I realized I had accidentally ordered the exact same dish I'd gotten the last time.
