Came here for drinks with friends after a dinner. Cocktails were good! Service was also excellent. Ambiance is nice with good music and not too loud if you are trying to have a conversation. The roof deck is also cool during warmer months. The price point is a little high for Flushing, but not terrible. Overall, would come back again!

Leaf lounge never disappoints. Creative bar drinks and great appetizers make this a fun pre or post dinner spot to hang out. The trick was finding how to get in...I accessed the entrance through the Hotel but I recall there was another way from the street. Gyoza, popcorn chicken and the Molten cheese steak egg rolls were the perfect sharing plates for my group of 8. We were there for someone's birthday pre dinner so it was meant to be a quick stop. Everyone got shots and/or a drink. Service was quick and the cocktail list was fun to go through. It was hard to decide - I wanted to try so many things! (Some brands of liquor were not available so ask if you're picky, with how it's made).
Food and drinks were great. Loved the leaf burger with fries. Very fresh and tasty. I had the passion fruit potion cocktail which actually tasted like passion fruit. Just would've liked it more chilled. Service was excellent. Our server was genuinely friendly and attentive. Too bad we couldn't sit outside as it was closed when we got there at 5pm. It was very quiet and chill on a Monday. Will come back for sure.

I recommend you get there when they open to snag a seat outdoors. The space filled quickly.

The burger rolls were really good as well with the spicy Chipotle sauce. The strawberry pomegranate drink was food as well. Parking is hard on the street and have to pay the meter. I would return.

Loved the night and a huge part of it came from the staff. The inside is spacious and with a balcony for fresh air and some mood setting weather. The inside is the relaxed and dark setting. If I am in Flushing, I am coming back!

I went to Leaf Bar to grab a drink with my boyfriend and his friends. The service was great. We didn't eat we just ordered a round of drinks. The ambiance was nice and I liked hanging out in the rooftop area. The sofas were comfortable. My phone was running low on battery and the waitress let me use their extension cord to charge my phone for a bit. The espresso drink was pretty good maybe just a tab bit strong. I would recommend coming here to hangout with your partner or with friends great location for a drink and catching up with rooftop views. 10/10 recommendation

I enjoyed "open sesame" - a very creative drink with horchata and white sesame. My partner got the Chrysanthemum old-fashioned, but it tastes like a regular OF. I do appreciate the single-round ice cube! The price was a tad on the expensive end, especially given it is a hotel bar in Flushing. The service was prompt, and it wasn't too crowded on a Saturday evening. We will need to return in the summer weather for the view.
The rooftop bar is at the Hyatt. The hostess greeted me and she was really nice and informative. The waiter Gary was in training and he was amazing! The other waiter was great too, Gary has surpassed his training. The rooftop is worth it and the food was great. I also got to speak with the manager about the great service and she was great. I forgot to take pictures because I was with a friend I hadn't seen in 4 years. We got the edemame, the gyoza and wings and they were all amazing. We also got the Cobb salad and the beef soup and it was equally good. I would recommend this place however it wasn't cheap but the drinks and food were good. If you go to the terrace minimum before 7 is $35 before 7pm. I would come back. read more
What a fantastic place to hang out and enjoy the food, drinks and view. The staff is top notch and the cocktails are made with depth and care. They have one of the best Spicy Margherita anywhere in Flushing and affordable to boot. Come with friends, come alone, but definitely visit when you have time and are nearby! read more

I first tried Leaf Bar at a Yelp event and loved it. I went today it's a nice roof top. You can see citifield from the rooftop. The service was good, I can't stop talking about the salt & pepper popcorn chicken it's sooooooo good. The watermelon refresher was very refreshing for an alcoholic drink. The dumplings were good too but the star of the show was definitely the popcorn chicken. I would 10/10 recommend read more

Leaf Bar & Lounge is located on 39th Avenue on the rooftop of the Hyatt Place Hotel in Downtown Flushing. The Hyatt Place Hotel lobby has cool decor, and lovely hotel staff direct you to the elevators that lead you to the rooftop. Leaf Bar & Lounge has decent ambiance w/ an overall laid-back vibe. There is a bar area as well as indoor & outdoor dining / tables & seating. There is a mix of regular seats as well as couch-style seating along w/ tv that customers can watch at the bar area. Hip-Hop played from the speakers and had me enjoying it as much as I enjoyed my cocktails, appetizer & entree. The Pineapple Express Cocktail ($16) - (Rum, Pineapple Puree', Pineapple Juice, Rosemary & Lemon) and the Yamagucci Cocktail ($16) - (Takara, Shochu Dassai Jummai Nigori Sake, Yuzu & Lime) were absolutely delicious. The appetizer - Cheeseburger Spring Rolls and the Chef Lin's Famous Beef Noodle Soup Entree (served for a limited time only) - both tasted amazing. Cocktails were prepared well, and the dishes were flavorful. The Chef Lin's Famous Beef Noodle Soup was so filling, and there was enough to take home to have lunch for the next day. I would definitely return to order the same cocktails & dishes. However, I would look forward to trying new menu items as well. I was here for an official Yelp Elite event for Lunar New Year. Parking is limited and I opted for a parking garage nearby. I had the bartender make me a custom drink not on the menu and he did a good job and it was a close rendition of what I wanted. The Leaf Bar has one of the biggest selection of liquor I've seen in Queens. The staff were friendly and were on top of keeping the tables clean. They also have an outdoor area. If you're looking for a drinks place in Flushing, this was a great option! Our original bar plan was booked, so we ventured here. The bar is located through a hotel and an elevator ride up. The service here was really efficient despite that busy night. They were playing a popping music mix as well! The drinks were ok. They had the usual drinks, but they also had a signature cocktail selection, offering a good selection of fruity drinks, my fave. What blew my mind though was the food. I associate bar food with bad food, so I was pleasantly surprised to find an incredible Chef Lin's Famous Beef Noodle Soup ($16) at a bar. Their broth was hearty, full of spice, and bound to warm you right up! Their Cheeseburger Springrolls ($9) were my next fave, a great option if you're not looking to eat a whole burger, but would rather get a smaller bite of one. The crispy outer wrap also made everything taste better. Lastly, there is an outdoor lounge area, but it does feel weird leaving without them thinking we diner dashed. They did close the tab on us because they thought we were leaving. Everything was pretty pricey, as is typical bar places, but I'd give Leaf a thumbs up for the unique food menu! read more
Came here with a reservation on a weekend night with 5 friends. The cocktails and drinks are definitely great. The cucumber with chili oil was alright but very interesting for sure. Looks like they close off the outdoor part during the winter months, not sure when it'll be open again. Only knocking off one star because the prices of the food and drinks were higher than expected. I thought they would be cheaper than Manhattan prices but they were surprisingly on par with Manhattan pricing. Service was pretty standard and it wasn't a crazy loud atmosphere. read more

Super cute rooftop bar in flushing! Located at the top of the Hyatt, this place is intimate with delicious cocktails and tasty bites. I suggest making a reservation if you want the cute couches on the terrace, otherwise there's a good amount of seating inside. They have a looong list of curated cocktails and you can't go wrong with any. Between the 4 of us we tried about half the menu and nobody had any complaints. We also got a good amount of food and everything was delicious! The shrimp (either Thai chili or pineapple) are both good options. And my friends enjoyed the beef stew as well. If you've ever been to Flushing in Queens, I bet that you've passed by this place and wouldn't even have known. The Leaf bar is located inside the Hyatt Hotel's Rooftop. It's super cute, and I bet it will be better once the weather gets nicer. It's not too big and not too small! There were two ppl on the floor - well, the bartender and the waiter. The bartender mixed all the dranks to perfection. Drinks ordered were: Open Sesame (tasted like a sesame seed covered pretzel ), mojito (look, I've ordered my fair share of mojitios and this one bar far one od the BEST), pineapple express (I was low-key side-eying the rosemary BUT the drink was ); My bf ordered ordered a Yamagucci & Chrysanthemum Old Fashion (he said they were both ) - and I have say that the dranks looked cute! For food we ordered: Pineapple Shrimp (it was alright. I was expecting it to taste heavily pineapple-y but it didn't); Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken (this was ok for me but my bf LOVED it), Cheeseburger Spring Rolls (as weird as it sounds it was actually pretty good), Leaf Burger (my bf and I split this. Pretty good) and the Sichuan Chili Oil Dumplings (I didn't eat this b/c I knew it would be too spicy for me. Been to Leaf a few times recently and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it compared to a few years back! The cocktail menu was solid with fairly priced & aesthetic drinks. The purple rain is easy to drink and also gorgeous, and I am in love with the Yamaguchi drink for its Yuzu flavor profile. The fries are so good as they come out hot and plump. My friends and I once got two separate orders in one visit because they were the perfect snack to go with our cocktails! There are also other food options like chili oil dumplings if you come hungry or just needing more munchies. Will definitely be back for some late night snacks and cocktails in the future! read more

Love this gem in Flushing! One of the few rooftops in this area that has a good view of the NYC. It has such a vibes with the hip hop music playing in the background. Personally love the cocktails as well! Had the Leaftiki and it was delicious! Wish I could try them all. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Roof top bar inside the Hyatt, you don't have to stay here to use it. Of course since it's in Flushing, it has an Asian themed menu. Got the cheeseburger eggrolls since it sounded interesting. Cute decors, even though it was raining hard, it was covered so you can still sit on the edge and enjoy the view without getting wet. They had mocktails for me. This place might have some of the best rooftop views in Flushing. Sitting at the edge of the rooftop, you can see Citi Field and the outlines of the Manhattan skyline in the distance. This place also has a pretty extensive drink and food menu, and the servers are friendly and efficient, even when seating becomes limited and the place gets busy. The food is your standard bar bites, but they are executed well. The French fries are nice and crispy while the Taiwanese style fried chicken bites have just that right balance of crunch and spice. Definitely recommend coming here if you have some free time at night and want to enjoy some good vibes :) read more

Lovely rooftop located inside the Hyatt. Walk pass the concierge/front desk and take a right. Take the elevators and press "R" level. We took the elevator on the left side. You can see manhattan (very far away but still there) from the rooftop. You can also hear the airplanes going to Laguardia so it is kind of loud during certain times. Nice, friendly staff and decent drink selection. I got a whiskey sour ($15). Drink was pretty good. It is good spot to catch up with friends. I haven't tried the food yet so this review is for the drinks and ambiance. read more

THE DRINKS ARE GOOD! Yamagucci is probably one of the best ive ever had (then again im a sucker for yuzu anything) Pretty decent rooftop bar for flushing area, although I wish it was quieter because it was kinda hard to host a serious conversation. Classic bites were also okay--on the sweeter side though but not complaining too much since it's bar food anyways. Our server was also really nice in accommodating us to switch seats for more comfort. Definitely coming back! read more
Great little rooftop spot in the middle of Flushing on Roosevelt. The bar is on the rooftop of the Hyatt hotel, and can get busy on weekends so try to make a reservation to ensure outside seating. The drinks are really superb, we had the hellcat which is a jalapeño tequila specialty cocktail super yum and also the Pineapple Express and watermelon specialty are a definite recommend. We just had the chili oil dumplings for food which were really awesome... the chili oil is so tasty - a little sweet and definitely savory 100% recommend. The ambiance and service are also on point so it's a great spot for drinks, for a date, or just to hang out and enjoy the view! read more

I'm very sorry but Happy Hour was phased out on May 9. Drink prices vary depending on what's in it but signature cocktails are $15.

There's no cover charge.. I think? I went on a Saturday night and got a table for 4. Didn't have to pay extra, but certain tables and menu options have a minimum!
Do they serve Sunday brunch and where to park?
I’m sorry Sunday brunch has been discontinued, however, our happy hour begins at 3:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. If you would like to visit us, the best place to park is in the basement of the Hyatt Place hotel. The entrance to the lot is located…
