The technician was so gentle I almost fell asleep, which is saying a lot because I don't even trust people near my eyeballs like that. They offered to fix them, but I had already spent an hour and a half there and didn't have time to stay even longer to have them redone. Even though I was unhappy, I still paid the full $105. After I paid, I spoke to the front desk again and explained that I really didn't like how the lashes looked. They told me that if I wasn't satisfied, they could give me a refund. I said okay and asked for the refund, but then they immediately changed their story and said they would not refund me and instead told me to come back next time so they could redo them. I chose not to have them redone. I simply left, and they did not give me a refund. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, the place was very dirty. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before coming here. I definitely will not be returning.
