I've been trying to look for a good lash place in the area and I would definitely recommend this place. Kathy was very gentle and thorough when applying my lashes. She seemed to care a lot about her work and made sure I loved the product. What I thought was unique was the prep part because she really took her time to clean and prep the eye area. At one point, I think she could've put less pressure when squeezing the water onto the lids, but it was no biggie. It was a comfy set up and the music was relaxing. I was able to park right out front street parking, but I believe they do have a lot on the left. read more

I was able to make an appt same day which was great bc i needed a last minute lash and waxing appt. The online booking interface was pretty easy to use to book... i booked a Classic look and also brow and upper lip waxing. I arrived on time and was helped on time. My lash technician was really nice and made me feel comfortable, wore a mask tho i didnt. One thing that was a bit challenging was the glue that was used was very strong and burned my eyes.. my eye was red for 2days after and i have been to other places where that has not happened. Looks wise i really liked the look of my lashes. Very pretty! The waxing was done right after.. she waxed more on the thinner side but it looked fine. Afterwards i did accidentally get charged a cancellation fee bc my technician just decided to do by brows and upper lip but maybe someone else was suppose to do it? But i called and texted and they were able to issue me a refund right away. I wish they would change their glue and i would be a permanent customer. read more

Omg the lashes! I booked with Kathy last minute for a eyelash extensions , I came here for the first time I've been to multiple places and they never get my eyes right as I have mono lids and narrow eyes people can't figure out what to do ! Even i don't know my style . Usually I just let them do what ever they think looks good on me on the first try and I will tweak it later on but wow~~ Kathy knew exactly what I needed, she did it pretty fast, didnt hurt or burn , and when I opened my eyes , I was shocked how beautiful it looked , my eyes looked way bigger and fuller and also really strong , I usually just wash my face like a men and scrub everything but this thing is so strong it holds on! Also I always feel a little uncomfortable with eyelash extensions and I 'feel' that there is something on my eyelid so i tend to scratch my eyelids but I don't feel a thing! It's amazing!! I got a lash lift and tint and eyebrow wax. 3 stars for the eyebrow wax. It was okay. Nothing great, a couple of spots got missed and I fixed it at home. I wasn't asked how I wanted them shaped, she just did them. When you're paying over $20 for an eyebrow wax, I would at least like to be consulted before they are done. This was done after the lash lift so my eyes were still adjusting and getting their vision back (if you've ever gotten a lash lift or lash extensions you know exactly what I'm talking about). One star for the last lift. The lash lift was bad compared to other places I've gotten them done. Again, I was never asked how I wanted them or how pronounced of a curl I wanted. In my opinion the point of getting a lash lift and tint is to allow yourself to go without mascara on no makeup makeup days. Maybe my tech (she never gave me her name) should have used more tint? When I was done, I asked if this was with the tint and was told yes it was. The other bad thing is that when things were being removed from my eyes, I felt eyelashes being torn from my right eye. When I asked why my left looked better than my right, she said, "you're lashes are longer on that eye." I bet they are after you ripped out my eyelashes. After all of that, when I went to pay, they charged me a service fee for paying with a card. They said they take cash, but they don't have an ATM. First off, they aren't allowed to pass along the fee they get charged from VISA/Mastercard to the consumer. This actually against their cardholder agreement by agreeing to accept VISA/Mastercard for payment. I used to work for financial institutions so I know this is a violation. Usually I don't say anything because it's small. But each customer is easily over a $100 (especially if you are getting lash extensions). I spent over $126 before the service charge and tip. read more

Paid by card and cash occasionally. Moon Lashes & Brows is located on the street and offers street parking. It is around the corner from K-Star and Big Mug (the Dollar Tree plaza). It is easy to make appointments online or over the phone. They play nice spa music inside so it's really relaxing. I can usually fall asleep during my session. I've been to so many eyelash places and this one is the best. I usually go to Thi or Clara, depending on their availability. Thi gives quick head massages after! Clara is steady and the lashes are always aligned. I've been here for years and have never gotten infections or irritations. I'm thankful Thi and Clara are good about washing and hand sanitizing before we start our sessions. They also clean my lashes before applying fills. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back. read more

This is my favorite lash place! There's always appointments available and everyone is so welcoming. I've been here around 4-5 times and have had my lashes stay on for over 2 months. I always get hybrid lash + wispy and have always loved how it looks. Even after 2 months, they still have a cute wispy look (of course with less lashes). I would say, however, it's a little pricey, but for the lash retention and overall look, it's definitely worth :) read more

I live super close, and still had trouble finding the location. You'll want to go around the left corner of Big Mug Coffee Roasters and you'll find the location on the end of the left side of the building. It's a calming atmosphere with multiple private rooms to provide the perfect environment for your beauty needs! The staff are friendly and get right into the process instantly. Thi was my lash artist, and she made my visit wonderful. (I feel so bad, I instantly passed out for the entire 1 1/2 and I think I was snoring...) but I was that relaxed! Also the face and neck massage was a nice touch and was pleasantly surprised! I've only gotten lash extensions a few times in my life, and this place definitely made me feel like I'd like to be a regular. I opted for the "Wispy Cat-eye Hybrid", and the work is amazing! Because I'm not too familiar with lashes, they're a little too strong on me in my opinion, but that just means I like more natural lashes which would be called "Classic". Looking at pictures online and on their page is going to help immensely, but I think a good tip would be to factor in your face, eyes, etc. vs the pictures you see, because it might look entirely different! EDIT: I don't like to leave 2 star reviews but I'll have to admit that I did come here based on how many good Yelp reviews I saw for this place so close to me. I don't want others to feel misled in the same way. When I posted this review, I got a call from the establishment, and then eventually repeated text messages asking me to take it down. The way this business approaches negative reviews has been shocking and unprofessional. Yelp is a platform for customers to voice their honest opinions on the service and quality of the work that they received. It should not be threatened to be used as a performance review for their employees. I'm disgusted. I truly did think that my lash tech provided me with great service throughout the session and kept checking in on me. She was super sweet and nice, and I even had a good conversation with her. She really did try her best to give me what I wanted, and I appreciated that. It is on the business to provide the training and quality materials if they find their employees are lacking in any way. So I'm editing my review to add a star for my lash tech. This review reflects my own genuine experience. -------------------------------------------- I went to get a new set right before my work trip at the end of June. While my lash tech was super sweet and nice, I think there was a misunderstanding and the set came out a tad fuller than what I was looking for. That's not a problem because lashes will eventually fall off, buttt I don't think it was done well. I didn't realize until later that night that I felt discomfort. My eyes would burn throughout the next few days and the lashes always felt crunchy (I'm assuming from too much glue). It felt so heavy and itchy on my lids that I considered looking up lash removal in a foreign country. I've had my lashes done many times before and never once felt like this! I ended up breaking the #1 rule and rubbed my eyes because I couldn't take it anymore. I picked off those lashes so quickly :/ I do admit that I didn't reach out to let them know of my bad experience. I didn't give them a chance to fix it in any way. I was traveling and didn't think there was a point in calling them two weeks later when most of my lashes were gone. read more

So, Jasmine did an excellent job on my daughter's second lash lift. I, on the other hand, got a brow lamination while she was getting her treatment. I have short eyebrows, so they did not look like they would look on a person with longer, thicker eyebrows. I would have liked it if they had just told me this style would not turn out how I originally thought and suggested another treatment. Overall, lash lifts look great on anyone, but I recommend longer-haired and maybe thicker eyebrows for someone who wants a brow lamination. read more

I went here for the first time since it's only 5 mins away from me. I came and saw Jasmine based on numerous reviews that recommended her on Yelp. I had some fall out on one eye and came back three days later and Jasmine took care of me ..for free. I was so amazed by the service and how understanding Jasmine was. She was so patient as well when I initially came in and I couldn't decide what I wanted lol. The vibe is what you'd expect a little Asian boutique to be, similar to that of a nail salon but instead it's a room of different estheticians. Very cute and very clean. I'd recommend to anybody. Not to mention Jasmine was so quick. I was done with a new set in less than an hour. Even my friend who is a lash artist complimented me --that's when you know your lashes are good! read more
