Came here a month back because of the good reviews. Was really disappointed in the results. The technician attached multiple lashes to single lashes, which is a big no-no with fake lashes as it's harmful to the real lashes. As a result, some of my real lashes came off when the fake lashes started to come off. Super scary....when one already has sparse lashes to start with. Prior to putting on the lashes, the technician did not check the lashes with me. Would not recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism. read more

Shes very nice and whether its adding more length or volume, she takes her time, she's very precise with her work and make. sure she gets every single lash -making them look as pretty and full as ever! You can honestly just tell she really puts a lot of dedication into making sure what length and style would look best for you and at every appointment, she always makes sure you're comfortable, making the appointment pretty relaxing. 5 or 6 years ago I had my first/last eyelash extension experience: felt the tech stabbing my lashline, and causing me to tear up, irritated and bloodshot red in the eyes. Not only was it pricey, it looked fake, the majority of the lashes fell out next day. MOON/ Annie proved that all to be wrong! I wish I could make 10 out of 5 stars because: 1. She patiently guided me though my multiple levels of CHOICE in building my lash look, from the thickness, shape, style, etc. 2. I almost fell asleep she was so gentle in application! 3. She had very *soft* soothing nature music, it was very calming. I'd book again simply from the meditative and relaxing affect I got from this session, you feel like you are truly treating yourself. 4. She gave me a soft clean blanket when she sensed I was cold in the application room. Makes sure you are comfortable. 5. She took me on a last minute request for a last minute party I was attending and wasn't upset or frustrated as some businesses can be with such requests (Though I was lucky to have called right when she had a cancellation/reschedule that morning. I recommend you schedule far in advance.) 6. She really took her time, and obviously cares about her craft. To her it's an art. 7. The results look natural and beautiful. 8. They don't feel heavy or burdensome on my eyes. They're light and I forget they're there! 9. I recieved instructions from her on aftercare and she small lash brush to help it seperate later if I needed it. (Side note: I was uncontrollably sobbing later that night after the party, but hey! my lashes are still intact even though you aren't supposed to get them wet for at least 24 hours.) 10. The price is so reasonable for what you recieve. Such perfection. Excited for when I make my next appointment. read more

Got the ombre eyebrow from Annie recently. She is very patient and took her time to draw the shape of my eyebrows. My eyebrows looked dark for a few days but if you put on makeup it didn't look too bad. Then it started peeling a little bit and the color got lighter and more natural. I also recommend the touch up which happens 3-4 weeks after the first session. Because the second time you can get a chance to change anything about your eyebrows. The first time I had got them done I didn't like the shape and felt like I didn't get what I wanted but the second time I got them was with Clara and she really understood what I wanted.
