What a great experience from start to finish! I am quite frugal and was a bit reluctant at first, convinced I could do it better myself. But I went all in and bought 3 trees and included warranty and planting and am glad I did. Greg was super helpful in helping us select our trees and answering all of our questions. We were sucked into paying WAY more than we should have but thought it was worth it for the package they claim. 3 weeks later and we've received a bill for our plants but not all the plants. We contracted with Moon to replace the landscaping in our back yard in March. We had a bad start to the project when the first install crew arrived. They were unprepared and did not understand what was supposed to be done. We finally got everything installed after another crew came out and finished the job. Six months later nearly all the shrubs they planted are dead and will have to be replaced. Overall we are very disappointed in the outcome based on the investment we made. read more

Stay away. They are charging 10x what any other nursery charges. They claim their prices are higher because they container grow everything from their farms in CA. I witnessed them taking trees that were wrapped in burlap and putting them in wooden boxes right in the parking lot where they keep the mulch claiming they are container grown! I saw some tags from trees and small plants next to their office that had other nurseries names on them. Scam! Buy local or go to McMinnville . read more

This is an outstanding business. I contacted them to see if my wife could get about 75 magnolia leaves for a wreath. Matt responded the next morning. He said that was no problem and no charge and to come to the nursery. When we arrived my wife was met by Alex and George. Alex assisted my wife in gathering some beautiful magnolia leaves. Not just "leaves" but big, nice leaves still on the branch. I am glad to know where they are, they have an excellent selection of trees and shrubs along with gardening supplies. Then they said it wouldn't be until May 22, more than a month from now. I have no confidence they will actually show up then so I cancelled the order. read more

They provided pictures of the various Crape Myrtle trees we wanted to replace.
