Then when we started renting out the condo, they have been extremely communicative with charges and other requests to ensure we know whats going on (which is great because we live out of state). He listened to me and followed me around the house inside and outside and killed all of the spiders. No one does that. They are a very special company. You will not find another company that cares about you and your pest control issues as much as they do. This place had good reviews. I called and had them come out and spray my house because I was having problems with house ants. The gentleman told me to give it about 7 days for them to be eliminated completely and I have still had issues to call and they would come back and follow up. A week passed and I still had these ants, I call Thursday afternoon, no answer, so I leave a voicemail. I wait till Monday when I get a call back from a lady and let her know my issue. I gave her my name, address and date of service and she proceeds to tell me she has no record of me and proceeds to be less than pleasant. She tells me that she isn't sure how they are suppose to help my problem with ants if I don't know where the ant hill is (wait a hot minute, isn't that what I hired you for) She states she will call the technician and will send him back out Thursday (a week from my first call) between such and such time. No one ever showed up. No one ever called back. I am so disappointed and feel like I was scammed. I honestly think these people must have just picked up a spray can and store bought bug spray and call themselves and exterminating company. You pay, no results, then all of a sudden these people have no clue who you are. If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

Today...11-14-2020. At around 11am my 90 year old Father stumbled and fell into the street while fetching the mail. He went down face first and suffered a simple fracture to his cheek bone and numerous facial cuts and abrasions. His glasses got broken and he even had a dislocated pinky finger from the fall. One of your service techs saw him fall while driving down the street and stopped to help him. A neighbor soon jumped in and they came to the door to let me know. In all the confusion and with Phx Fire enroute I didnt catch his name to thank him! I only noticed the name on the door. I really appreciate his willingness to stop and help somebody in need! Fantastic and prompt service. I called 3 different places to get a consultation and Moon Valley, because they're local was able to come over the same day to get the process started. The others were 2 to 4 days just to get a consult. Moon Valley did a thorough inspection inside and out and determined the best procedure to treat for termites that had showed up on a couple of my exterior walls and in garage. Chris did the initial consultation and scheduled treatment for a couple days later. His brother Tim, showed up promptly on time for the treatment and got to work right away. When completed, he walked my property and showed me all that had been done, plus he took extra time so show me a couple of areas to pay attention to and possibly adjust how my shrubs got watered to keep the areas near my foundation drier. Price came in exactly as quoted and absolutely no hidden or extra charges and price was very reasonable when compared to one of my neighbors who had a different company do the same thing to his house (which is same size as mine).
