I went ahead and resumed services understanding that things happen well unfortunately several months went by and the same thing happened. They have done nothing to make it right neither have they given me a reason as to why I keep falling off the books. When I declined to continue services they now are sending me a bill from February which I am pretty sure I never even got service in Feb as I always pay with a check at the time of service. In my opinion this is a business that really doesnt care about their customers.
