A full size deer broadsided the front of my SUV while I was in Walla Walla on business. That SUV wasn't going anywhere and I had everywhere else to be. Chad and the rest of the folks at NW Collision took it in and made my life so easy. Besides being super friendly and funny as hell, they dealt directly with my insurance, they repaired the SUV back to new, and they didn't even eat the Halloween candy I had to abandon when it got towed! NW Collision took time to re-wrap the front end in that protective 3M stuff, and then for their final performance - cleaned it back to sparkling before I came to get it.
