Skin on, seasoned and a great addition to both dishes. The verde sauce on the Rancheros was delicious, the carnitas was tender. A great breakfast bowl. The Okie Bennie was very good. I have not seen the "very verbose" server, who had interrupted us continually on my first visit. Guess he doesn't work there anymore. Since then, servers have been attentive, but not overly so, and congenial. The restaurant is always clean. This includes the ladies' restroom. We usually get the Pick 2. The chupacabra sandwich is delicious. I've also had the fried shrimp and the fisherman's platter at different times. Both excellent.
