She also plays the best playlists and really sets a mood to be pampered and relaxed. I was so impressed with each part of my facial and loved my results. My skin was glowing for weeks afterward. There was a promotion to book a next appointment and get 15% off my next visit. I have been going once a month since then. I have tried customs facials, aging-like fine, and eyebrow lamination and tint. Happy with my results every time. Dolores followed up with a phone call within 15mins to answer my questions and was also able to accommodate me same day. My very first time was great and I'll definitely be back. Dolores was my waxer she greeted me on time and explained her process step by step so that I was comfortable (communication is super important for me when working with anyone who will touch my body). AMAZING! I had a waxing appointment with Clarice and a facial scheduled with Sage. Clarice is amazing, super easy going and makes waxing painless. My facial with Sage was out of this world! I haven't had a facial in probably 2 years. Sage was able to assess me skin and customized the glow facial for my skin. It was the most relaxing 90 min ever! I came to this place because I saw good reviews and photos on their Instagram of what I wanted. Oh was I wrong. I went in for a brow lamination, wax, and tint. Dolores asked me what I usually put on my brows and I said nothing I always go for a more natural look. When she was done I almost cried right there. It was shocking how horrible of a job she did. Not only was the tint way too much, the shape of my brows has never been worse. I cried after I left because my son's baptism is next week and I am going to look like this.
