We rented a limo for a group day trip to North Fork (from Long Island area). The entire process as fantastic, Michael was extremely knowledgeable of the area when I was confirming dates/times. Over the weekend we needed a simple drop off to a local venue for a wedding!! What I thought would be no big deal turned into a dream come true for 8 little kids plus the bride and groom! I'm so happy I called Mike at NFLT to help with the day! The driver showed up early and was so kind and professional, he even helped me secure car seats into the van for the younger children!! I was very skeptical using this car service as I couldn't really find any recent reviews. But I would highly recommend this car service. It costs us a bit to take a trip to a Jones Beach concert but was defiantly worth it. Our driver Rich was great. Very friendly and personable. Our driver Richie picked us up on time in the Sprinter Van that was luxury from top to bottom. We had a nice drive out East where all my friends were able to laugh and hang out with ease and comfort. We were dropped off at our first vineyard, and by the time we got to our second vineyard Richie had the tables set up and a lunch set up for all of us ladies. Let's just say we were amazed at the service and how kind we were treated. Anything we asked for or inquired about was immediately addressed. I have used North Fork Luxury Transporters for several occasions now, including my February 2016 wedding, transportation to the airport, and a night out to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. Each time I have been very impressed with the level of service provided. Dana was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, and followed up each time prior to the day of the event to confirm all the details. The vehicles (we've ridden in a Mercedes Sprinter and an SUV) were spotless and comfortable. And Mike was on time and professional - always taking an extra step (for example, walking my grandmother to her front door after my wedding to make sure she made it inside). Knowing that the owners and operators live here on the North Fork was a bonus - I never needed to worry about having to do any extra planning when it came to transportation, I could trust that they already knew the area, and could leave the details to them. We used this luxury car/limo service for my friend Brie's bachelorette party when touring some vineyards in North Fork, Long Island. Our driver, Mike, was exceptionally accommodating. He popped a bottle of complimentary champagne as soon as we were settled in the Mercedes van, and served us all a glass. The van was gorgeous - brand new Mercedes with lots of nice upgrades. He made suggestions on other fun vineyards to visit that day based on what we were looking for. He let us have fun on the tours but would check in periodically to make sure he was ready to get us as soon as we were done, including running through the rain with umbrellas to make sure he was available when we were ready to leave instead of us having to find him outside. His wife even made us a beautiful cheese, cracker and fruit platter for our day! Later that night, he made a special trip to take us out into town because he was available and there were barely any cabs, and gave us an excellent price.
