He made sure all of the parts were in the box before I left. I was a bit surprised that the box had been opened before I arrived. Salli later told me that the shipping invoice from Delta was inside the box, which is why she opened it. It does appear that the parts are new and not remanufactured. I was assured that they are new by Salli and Jim both, and Salli did provide me with an order number from Delta. One star deduction for the open box mystery.
