ENTIRELY GLUTEN FREE!! Very cute little spot, no bathrooms, pretty small venue and there was a long line and it wsd worth the wait. Gorgeous donuts and delicious sandwiches. I picked the pistachio cream and should've said I wanted them to be less sugar but it was super sugary. As expected from those coffees. It was absolutely delicious!!!!!

Absolutely amazing! So great to have a place that is safe for celiacs. The honey bee breakfast sandwich was delicious and the donuts were incredible. Service was great too! Will be back before leaving town.

    Gluten Free Donuts!!!

Gluten free heaven! The donuts are GREAT! All celiacs have had a GF cake donuts before, but Moore bakery does it different. I'm no bread expert (clearly) but I think it's some sort of sourdough base which makes the donut SO GOOD! RAH! But the breakfast sandwiches are even better!!! So many options of GF breads/buns! They will run out by the end of the day so go early! Don't sleep on the lattes! Employees are always super cool. It's the tiniest little queue ever, this storefront is basically a takeout window, and there are a few chairs out front. But if you don't take your sammie and latte over to Curtis Park, what are you even doing???

Morning Sizzle: Eggs were fluffy, bacon provided the best amount of saltiness and was not overcooked, and the chipotle aioli brought everything together without overpowering the sandwich. I didn't notice the brioche bun was gluten free, unless I ate it separately. Carrot Cake Latte with cream cheese cold foam: CRAZY GOOD!! They pull great espresso shots, the flavors are all well balanced, and not overly sweet Strawberry Matcha Latte: Uses 100% 1st harvest Uji-cha matcha, but still a little too milky for me and I didn't taste much strawberry flavor Glazed donut: Not as fluffy as the chains, but the texture is still soft and addicting- especially for being gluten-free! Will be back to try their cinnamon roll

Five points & RiNo need more if these fun little local shops. It's been around about one year and although small, it packs a punch. We stopped for coffee and ended up buying a gf apple fritter for the road. They have coffee and lots of sweet and savory items. For such a small spot, you can enjoy a wide variety of options. Bagels. Sammies. Coffees. Danish. Service is efficient but it's busy and specialty coffees and savory items can take a bit. The crowd here is definitely a late 20's to early 30's trend setter bunch. Their marketing seems focused and effective. Would definitely return.

Moore Cafe and Bakery is a cool little gluten free bakery that's been open less than a year in Denver. I recently got to check it out and man did it not disappoint! I got the Honey Bee sandwich and it was super delicious but heads up it's messy- if you get it make sure you got some extra napkins on you! Donut holes were good, so was the pistachio cloud matcha. Next time I stop by I want to try the strawberry matcha latte and another breakfast sandwich. They got a big selection of coffee, and breakfast and lunch items too. The location is super tiny, and there is nowhere to eat inside. It's more of an order and take it with you/enjoy it out on the sidewalk with minimal seating available. Also you'll have to park in the neighborhood behind it and walk over but it's not a far one at all. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

moore bread is a teeny tiny ordering counter tucked away on downing. there is very very minimal seating so treat this as a grab & go. i really love the way they've decorated. the colored tiles are SO cute. the layout is funky but it's bright and the staff members are all really nice. i'll start by saying that i'm the furthest thing from gluten free on this planet. pastries are my main food group. i have tried many different gf places in denver though. first, i had the maple donut. the glaze was 10/10. dough was dense/a little spongier but i was still very pleased with it. second, i had the honey bee sandwich. they gave me the wrong bagel so I'm not sure what this is but i *think* it's a plain one. the toppings were SO good. outside of the bagel was on the crunchier side. inside was soft and dense. be warned that this sandwich is MESSY but tasty. it was about $24 for a bagel sandwich and a donut which is in the higher side but also expected. i want to come back and try their sandwiches + matchas. overall, if you're gf this is a great option for ya

This tiny place (400 sq ft) really packs a punch with an awesome menu. The gal working was super friendly and helped me perfect my order. The "sizzle" breakfast sando was delish. The carrot cake latte was spot on in flavor. The pistachio cream matcha was yum. The only thing I wasn't obsessed with was the donut holes, they were not bad by any means in flavor but just a little spongy in texture for me. I look forward to trying more of the menu!

Definitely recommend this place! The staff is super friendly and answers any questions you might have. They're ver careful with how they take your order to make sure your drink is to your liking. I got a dirty matcha, which was delicious. All bread and pastries are made in house at a different location and brought there every morning. While the place is small, there's cute tables outside to eat. But if you're on the go, it's a perfect place to grab coffee and go on a walk with friends in the neighborhood. They also have a rewards program that I signed up for. Definitely will be coming back!

delicious gluten-free donuts, and treats! We also really liked the strawberry Matcha. It was made fresh and tasted delicious.

Holy. Cow. I've been gluten free for 12 years, and I'm always on the hunt for the best gluten free versions of my favorite treats. With that, I don't say this at all lightly: this place blows my mind. The donuts (chocolate, Boston crème, churro) are perfectly fluffy and chewy, with none of the typical cardboard ricey dry sadness that lingers somewhere in so many gluten free baked goods. The service is friendly, and the vibes are great. The cinnamon roll is killer - caramelized and chewy on the bottom, gorgeous texture, delicious frosting. Theres a reason this place sells out on the regular - while it looks like a tiny unassuming storefront, it's an absolute gem. Believe me, I'll be back.

Oh. My. Goodness. I'm not sure if words can do justice to how extraordinarily delicious the food at Moore bread is. Holy cow, this is one of the best things I've ever eaten, anywhere. I ordered the brisket buckaroo sandwich and a classic donut and I am in absolute awe of how amazing both were. The sandwich was the most perfect combination of flavors and textures and the brioche bread is... I cannot wrap my head around how it tastes like gluten-full brioche bread. Actually, scratch that, I thinks it's far better than any brioche bread I had pre-celiac diagnoses. In any event, it is divine! The donut was extraordinary, too. I didn't think I'd ever get to eat a donut reminiscent of my childhood, because of being celiac, but this proved me wrong. I really appreciated that the donut wasn't overly sweet. I mean, it's a donut, so of course it's sweet, but not like some other gf donuts I've had that are just so chock full of sugar that it takes away from the taste and texture of the donut. This was truly the perfect donut. I live a ways North of Denver and there aren't a lot of things that will make me drive down to Denver, but after tasting the food at Moore Bread, I'd be willing to drive through any amount of traffic in order to go there. Is that an exaggeration? If you go see for yourself, you'll find this is definitely not an exaggeration :) Long story short, if you haven't gone to Moore bread bakery, drop what you're doing and go. Thank you Moore Bread Bakery!

Everything is premade, so you can't make any substitutions or changes of any kind. Just not worth it for me, although I've heard from others that the donuts are good (I'm not a fan of donuts). Hopefully those make this place a little more redeemable! I will say that the interior is really well done. Visually, the place is great. Known for their irreverent style and neon-pink boxes, the Denver Airport location manages to keep the "Keep Weird" spirit alive. The Flavor Lineup: We dived into a curated selection of their signature yeast and cake doughnuts. Here is the breakdown: * The Voodoo Doll: The iconic signature. Beyond the playful aesthetics, the chocolate frosting is rich, and the raspberry jelly filling provides a sharp, tart contrast that cuts through the sweetness perfectly. * Banana Cream Pie: This was a standout. The filling is smooth without being overly synthetic, mimicking the comfort of a classic diner pie. It's a heavy hitter, so come hungry. * Mango Cream: A refreshing tropical twist. The mango flavor is bright and punchy--a nice departure from the more traditional chocolate-heavy options. * Strawberry Pop-Tart: This is pure nostalgia. The crunch of the crumbled pastry on top adds a fantastic textural element to the soft, pillowy dough. The Experience: The staff handles the high-volume airport rush with impressive speed, and the doughnuts tasted remarkably fresh--not "reheated" or stale, which can be a risk in transit hubs. While the line can look intimidating, it moves quickly, and the pink box is basically the ultimate status symbol at the gate.
