He had the car for less than 3 days, and fixed the problem correctly for a very reasonable price. We have since taken all our repair work to Russ, and have always been happy with the results. Russ is an excellent mechanic, he communicates well, and treats his customers fairly. It is truly a shame that other shops do not follow his business model. This place is the reason there are stereotypes about car salesmen. Before we even put the car in…read morepark there was someone standing at the window ready to begin plugging how good of a deal he could get us. Right away we were bombarded with questions and it was relentless. You could tell he was on commission. After an uncomfortable amount of time listening to him talk we were directed to the financing guy who seemed even shadier. He was very cocky about how he could get everyone approved for a loan. We came looking for a specific SUV that was well in our budget but he kept giving the finance companies info on a totally different car that we absolutely didn't want but was of course about $4000 more. Needless to say we were not approved and then just cut loose without so much as a thank you for coming. The service department is just as bad. I had an appointment for an oil change but my car didn't go in until an hour and a half later. Why bother having appointments? After my appointment I opened the hood to put washer fluid in since they couldn't bother to top off fluids and I noticed my oil cap was missing. I went back and spoke with the service manager who confronted the mechanic. The mechanic argued that he put the cap on and got visibly annoyed with me. The service manager was nice enough to get me a new oil cap and came out with me to put it on. We discovered the old one lodged in the hood liner above the dent in my PCM it made from him shutting the hood on it. Aside from that one service manager, nobody in that place knows how to listen. I will never set foot on that lot again.

The wife is a horrible person to work with, she is argumentative and swears at the customer. Recently, I've been interested in buying another Jeep product, I've previously owned 4 or 5 in my life, and this pretty 4 door Wrangler caught my eye. Dan Tackley gave me the complete rundown and I took the vehicle for a test ride. What a great, well maintained, and solid Wrangler with less than 30K on the odometer. The Royal team also provides a limited drive train warranty of 2 years and 100K miles at no extra cost. Dan and I, with the assistance of the Royal Motors sales management staff, came to a very comfortable price and we closed the purchase. Dan is an extremely straight forward sales professional with a very comfortable style of communication as is the entire dealership staff. I simply can't say enought good things about these folks.

At the time the sadness to asking with the finance manager told us that the key fob was covered for replacement if it was lost or stolen or malfunctioned. I lost the fob. I called and Rita in service screeched into replacement. I specifically told her the fob was lost. Not broken . Not malfunctioning. Lost. She ordered a fob and called to tell me that Not only was it covered under the extended warrantee but that also Ford bumper to bumper would cover the total cost. When I arrived at the service dept. BRIAN the manager told me that I would have to pay over $300 because there was a" misunderstanding" and I would have to give them the missing fob. The fib that was lost. Magically I was supposed to produce the fob that trey were replacing. I left and decided to speak to Hason Harris the GM . I caked him the next day and explained the situation. He repeatedly told me he would look it the matter but there was no way anyone told me it works be free. Today Brian called to tell me that not only was I never told that it works be free but that they could also replace the fob for my 2921 F150. I gave him the info and 20 minutes later he called to tell me he was " mistaken" and the contract was voided but they could sell me an upgraded Assurance contract that would now miraculously cover the replacement fob . When I told him I would not downs money in another useless contract he offered to sell me the fob and told me it was unreasonable for me to punish me over my carelessness and that the dealership could not " give " a fob but they could v gladly sell it to me. I will NEVER do business with this company again and v advise you to look elsewhere when buying a vehicle and definitely Do Not Trust or Believe anything the service dept the sakes dept or the General Manager Jason Harris has to say. Especially since he Jason Harris had neither the respect nor consideration to call me himself to tell me that my morally us led important to his dealership them the $320 replacement cost.
