For my auto repair, i went to two body shops for estimates and the Moorpark Auto estimate was considerably lower. However, more important is that the quality of their work is excellent. Awesome local body shop in Moorpark. When I arrived at the shop to drop off my car, they were reparing another customer's front bumper and I could tell they are meticulous about color matching and care about the quality of the end result. Vince is upfront with his opinions and expectations, I dig that. I brought in my Jeep for help with some problems that I wanted to have done correctly by a shop experienced with older American cars. Wonderful local body shop! I hit a pole with my Kia Sorento and ruined my right rear door. I went to 4 body shops and Vince was the last esimate I got. First thing he did was clean up the door as best he could and no one else even suggested that. Then I received the estimate from his wife, Leticia and it was less than the other 3 quotes. So because of their friendliness and professionalism and the cheaper estimate, I dedided to go with them. They said it would take 4 to 5 days and they were right on. It took 4 1/2 days and the car looks like nothing ever happened. The new door is perfect! I can't recommend them more highly. Also, they have the sweetest pit bull chihuahua mix named Cowboy who is their "receptionist." This place is the absolute best! It's a family business run by Vince and Leticia. Everyone here is kind and really knows what they are doing! My 2006 car had water inside after the rains. I'd taken it to the dealership who sold me an expensive part and didn't solve the problem at all, because they didn't really take the time to look at my car. Vince looked at my car carefully for over an hour, cleaned some junk out, adjusted the rubber insulation and it's fixed! Dry inside. No more water and mildew. The point is these guys really know their stuff, and they will take the time to carefully look at your car and actually get to the root of the problem to fix it for good. Moorpark Auto Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Moorpark, California

We brought our car in for corner panel work and repaint. They painted my car the wrong black, had to keep it longer to re-do. When we got the car back, the paint was so bad with orange peel and you could see scratches below the paint all over the panel and on the trunk, this along with swirls from what looked like a bad wax job. Took it back, they had it another few days. When we got it back again, it was a cloudy day (our car is black) and we couldn't see anything wrong. The very following day was clear and sunny, which showed the entire car now with waxing swirls very very noticeable. Nobody had touched the car but Moorpark Auto Collision, mind you. We took pictures on our cell, which showed their bad job, called them back and were told they did not do it and were not going to do anything to fix it. I have not even received my receipt from them, asking for it several times, nor have they bothered to take a look at my car to "see" with their own eyes what they did. Terrible. (I do have a photo of my car in their shop while they were working on it as proof they had it) So we are out almost $1000.00 and our car looks terrible. We have since taken our car to Los Posas Car Wash Detail, they had my car for 6 hours working on getting the swirls out, and still need a few more hours to work on it., thank you Eddie. Moorpark Auto Collision should have done the right thing, instead they ruined our paint and denied any responsibility. This on our 2015 Black Challenger, not an old funky car. Do not take your vehicles to this establishment, they are not honest people, disappointed with their lack of professionalism is an understatement. read more

I'm impressed. My bumper needed replacing, but I didn't want to be without a car for several days. I went in and gave them a deposit. A few hours later I received a call letting me know the new bumper was in. I brought my car to the shop and left it for less than an hour... now I have a new bumper without fuss or hassle. I had a two inch scratch on my front bumper repaired by Moorpark Auto Collision. It was looking for a reasonable repair as it was a neighbor who caused the damage and was paying for it. I received many quotes $600-$1200 because they wanted to redo the whole bumper. Moorpark Auto Collision was the first shop to offer just the spot fix vs the whole bumper fix which was exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he do what was needed, he also fixed my antenna, cleaned my headlights which were yellow, fixed a side panel that was loose on drivers side and on fixed something that fallen out on passenger side all for my original estimate. Can't say enough GREAT things about Vicente at Moorpark Auto Collision. Had some damage on our new SUV from a moving company transporting our car out of state.
