I came in to get some pretty heavy work done on my Gen 2 Raptor. They know what they're doing here! The owner Sep is a stand up dude. He will tell you whether they can fix the parts causing the issue or you need a new parts. Most shops will just say you need to replace this and that. All I have to say is WOW. I have lived in Moorpark since 2017 and before that a resident of the Conejo Valley since I was 5. I am now 51 and I know the area VERY well. I am a teacher in the Conejo Valley and even taught at MUSD 30 years ago. I have known my fair share of automotive repair places, as well as anything car related, tires, paint, transmission, etc. All I know is I did not expect to run into problems when my son called me out of the blue and told me that he was in an accident. So grateful that he knew how to turn the wheel to avoid a collision but unfortunately he jumped a curb too hard and made his 2023 Camaro disabled. The front end of his wheel was shot and so was his axle. Our tow truck driver took a detour to Advanced Auto Collision instead of going to the place around the corner. He misunderstood the place that was recommended to me, but as the universe would have it, we ended up at Advanced Auto Collision. The friendliest face with a kind smile popped out of the garage from the mountain of work he and his mechanics were working on. He asked if he could be of any assistance and I immediately felt at ease. I told him the situation before the tow truck took the car off the tow and said it would be no problem and would give me a quick estimate. I told him I preferred to do this out of pocket and let me just tell you, Sep--our saving grace--absolutely worked with me on it. Since it was late when we got there he told me to go ahead and leave it there and that he would call me the next morning. Well he kept his word and called to let me know that he'd be working on finding the parts for the right price. He basically charged me for the parts and was SO REASONABLE and very fair when it came to the labor! I was SO GRATEFUL! He had the car done in 2 days because of the work he had to do (4 days total because it happened on the weekend). Sep is now our family mechanic from here on in. We absolutely love you and your guys! If you're on the fence of who to trust and don't know who to go to, I'm telling I've been recommenced to A LOT OF PLACES IN MY LIFETIME and because I've worked as teacher, folks have given me their recommendations here and there, but Sep has been the most empathetic in truly hearing me out and serving me with personable quality customer service. He even knew my connection at Chevy--that's how connected he is with Moorpark and Simi! That says a lot about his network, integrity and work ethic to continue building lasting relationship for the sake of his business and customers. Sep, if you ever get a chance to read this review, just know my son and I are truly grateful for all your work and pray many more years of the continued success for your current clients and then SO MUCH MORE. This is the shop I keep coming back to. The owner and his crew have saved my cars too many times. Every repair they've done has been top notch and has either completed in the timeframe they provided for me or it was done sooner. Most recently I dropped of my Raptor on New Years Eve to fix a scrape from me stupidly backing into a stucco wall. They quoted me a fair price, estimated it'd take 6 days, and had it complete--washed and vacuumed--in 4 days.
