Having a Porsche 911, I purchased the replaceable front bumper lower lip and took it to PCAC for quote and paint. Due to the low stance of the car, these always get wasted due to road rash when exiting driveways, etc. Not a repair, but perhaps an easier project for Premier Coach being prep and paint only. Although initial phone communication may not be their sweet spot, but once visiting and talking with Logan they offered me a VERY fair price (likely lower than any competitor) and advice. I took my car there, and someone named Sarah inspected it, took photos, and told me she would send me an estimate. I never received anything. I tried calling her multiple times, but she never responded. I was eventually able to speak with someone else, who told me they were working on the estimate and would email it to me shortly. We had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop after being referred by our insurance company following an accident with our brand-new 2026 Mercedes. From the beginning, communication was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to call just to get basic updates, and even then, the information we received was inconsistent or unclear. It often felt like no one knew what was going on with our vehicle. Customer service was also a major issue. Several employees we interacted with were rude and unprofessional, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Instead of helping, they made us feel dismissed and frustrated. Overall, this experience was disorganized, stressful, and far below what we expected--especially for a shop handling high-end vehicles. I took my Honda in to get the front bumper fixed because the bottom of it was unclipped and dragging and Premier Coach took me back immediately and had it fixed perfectly less than 30 minutes later and they didn't even charge me to do it whereas when it's been fixed in the past other body shops have charged hundreds for the same work. All of the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and the lobby was comfortable while I waited. I absolutely will be going to no one else for body work from now on! Premier Coach Auto was recommended to us by Rusnak Westlake Porsche to repair our 2022 Panamera after an accident in a parking lot. Being that the car was only a few months old we asked for a shop that had experience with Porsche and who would make the car look like new. Premier did not let us down - they took in the car and started work quickly, communicated well during the whole experience, handled everything with insurance, and presented us with a car that was cleaned inside and out when we picked it up. We then returned in 2024 with our 2017 Chevy Volt, and after the tear down it was determined by insurance that the car was a total loss. Still a great experience with Premier. Premier did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y when I got into a front-end collision earlier this year after hydroplaning on the freeway. The repair did take longer than expected, with my insurance company being slow to respond, uncooperative, and stingy with Premier's initial and supplemental estimates. Even though it slowed down the repair process, Premier did the right thing by waiting until insurance approved the different aspects of the work before starting it. Throughout this time, I primarily communicated with Ray who patiently took the time to explain to me what issues they were encountering with the insurance adjuster and who reassured me they would do everything they could to minimize my out-of-pocket costs. Once the repairs were underway and until the end of the process, Kevin kept me updated like clockwork to let me know where they were with the repairs. I appreciated his open communication, and he even kept me posted while I was on vacation out of the country. It was especially nice to have him drop off the car just before we returned and have it sitting in my driveway! However, I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding the unauthorized disclosure of my personal and business-related information -- which has now occurred on multiple occasions. On April 14, 2025, at 12:38 PM, I received a text message from Brian at Enterprise Rent-A-Car stating that he had contacted your facility to ask if my vehicle had been picked up. He was informed that it had not. Based on the information shared, either Kay or Michael spoke with Brian and disclosed this detail. Furthermore, today Roy's Towing arrived unexpectedly to pick up my vehicle. While on a speakerphone call, Kay divulged the amount I owe to your company -- $2,100 -- directly to the towing company, which is a clear breach of privacy. No one at your company has been given permission -- verbally or in writing -- to discuss or release any details of my account with third parties, with the exception of my husband. In addition, I noticed that one of the DocuSign documents bears a signature in my name which I did not authorize or provide. This raises grave concerns about document integrity and possible forgery. When I explained to Michael today that I had an emergency and needed to fly out of town -- which led to this situation slipping my mind -- I was met with no flexibility or understanding. I had hoped for a level of professional grace given the circumstances. Instead, Michael responded with a firm, "No, you owe $2,000," and then transferred me back to Kay for payment processing. Please understand the following: Disclosing personal or confidential information without explicit consent is a potential violation of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Privacy Act, and possibly a breach of contract if confidentiality provisions exist in our agreement. The misuse or mishandling of my information and the possible unauthorized signing of documents are matters I take extremely seriously. I am requesting the following in writing within five (5) business days: A clear explanation of what information was shared, to whom, and under what circumstances. The legal or procedural justification for each of these disclosures. A detailed account of your company's confidentiality policies and how this situation aligns (or does not align) with those safeguards. Immediate assurance that no further disclosures will be made without my explicit, written authorization. In addition, most disturbingly, when I expressed my concern over the mishandling of my private information and stated that his owner will hear from my lawyers, Michael said, "You have no legal recourse -- go ahead, have your lawyers contact us." Such a dismissive and cavalier attitude toward serious privacy and legal concerns is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, I was initially informed that I owed $1,000 to have my vehicle reassembled -- an already astronomical amount, considering the breakdown of the itemized charges. However, Michael went on to charge me an additional $1,000 for storage. This brings the total to $2,000, an excessive amount that I strongly dispute. Failure to respond appropriately will leave me no choice but to explore further legal remedies to protect my privacy and rights. read more

I recently caused damage to my front bumper on a two-week old car. I dreaded hearing how much it was going to cost me to make the repair. Two, separate dealerships recommended Premier Coach Auto Collision, and I called. I called and they were able to get me an appointment the same day, and I met with Logan. When I got there, I was ready for the worst. Logan was the ultimate professional. He surveyed the damage and made a couple of suggestions that I had not considered. It turns out I did not need as much of a repair job as I had anticipated, and instead of charging me as much as he could. The car looks as good as new, and I've found my new preferred body shop for all my future needs. It was clear to me that to Premier Coach, treating a customer well to ensure a long term relationship, was more important than gouging folks for the most they can. We went to Premier for a quote on what appeared to us a very small fix when some pins that held the front cowling and fender fell out. Premier quoted $2600 to fix it. The next morning we went to Conejo Auto for a quote and not only did they fix it while we waited. They only charged us $100 to fix it. Premier auto you should be ashamed of yourself. You violated elderly abuse. What were you thinking? I do not recommend premier unless you've got money to burn. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! So many of the one star reviews echo what happened to me. Rusnak Porsche recommended them as a certified Porsche repair facility - they aren't. Porsche of North America confirmed that they may have a person who went through some sort of Porsche training course but the facility is NOT backed by Porsche of NA or under their purview if the place screws up (and that you can pretty much depend on as what will happen if you take your car here). Messed up the repair and denied it despite photographic evidence (that they sent to update progress). took more than twice the time they said it would. They didn't have the proper Porsche tools to do the repair (this entailed something to safely remove certain parts from the vehicle to perform the work). They didn't have proper Porsche computer software to clear error codes that were caused by something they did when messing with the battery connection multiple times. They didn't reconnect properly when I inspected it afterwards. Had to take the car 30 miles to a Porsche repair shop with the correct software to clear codes and this took up nearly two hours of my time. They scratched the car in several places that I only discovered later after getting the car back. They damaged the front spoiler of the car because they were taking it on joy rides (or one long one) as the car had over 2 miles added while it was there (I had pictures and video I took of the car in front of them when I dropped it off). Nothing but denial and lies about damage, incompetence in the repair and Logan (manager) talked to me in a condescending way as if I had not a clue. Should have heard his BS about how moving the car around to different locations on the property may have rolled the odometer over to the next mile and that they had only driven enough for it to roll over to the next mile (the odometer records in miles and tenths of miles and I had photos of what it was when I left it there). Seems that the management of this place is very chummy with Rusnak. All I can say is that the negative reviews hold true. I only went here because the dealer suggested this was a competent and qualified Porsche repair facility. What I needed was a truly Porsche certified shop like the Porsche Classic folks in Hawthorne. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PORSCHE here (or any other car). Unless you are oblivious to most things you will be VERY disappointed in the service, the capabilities and competency of this organization. I am shocked they have so many favorable reviews but then again I sometimes forget most people aren't terribly intelligent either so that probably makes sense. read more

Under the rude and condescending manager, they have been less than honest about parts needed, when to drop-off the car, and when it would be ready. Clearly, the left hand is clueless about the right hand, and that is why they have collectively had our car over one month. Hi, all - I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know how much you're appreciated. I was rear-ended pretty badly while stopped at a stoplight in early February - the first car accident of my life. While shook up, luckily I was okay physically. My car, on the other hand, was not. My Tesla insurance recommended several Tesla-authorized body shops close to me and, while I almost chose someone else based on proximity, I ended up sending my car to Premier. In what has been a long, frustrating process overall with my insurance company/rental car situation/etc., you guys at Premier have been such a bright spot through it all. From the first day I had to call and give authorization for you guys to pick up my car from the initial tow yard, literally everyone I've spoken to has been just awesome. There were many ladies I spoke to initially as I was getting things situated and everyone was so patient, kind, and genuine on the phone with me. I don't take that for granted nowadays as it's rare to have that kind of interaction on the phone. I had to call in a few times to help gather things out of my car before the salvage yard took it away and everyone that helped me arrange that was terrific and super helpful. Special thanks to all the porters who went out to my car to help grab my stuff (including my daughter's prized hairbrush!). Thank you to Kevin who helped me those last few days in gathering my car/trunk mats and holding on to them for me before I could arrive and get them. Special thanks to Ray as well for completing the evaluation and estimate and keeping me posted on the process throughout and for the sympathy and care asking if I was okay when he answered the phone one time that I called the office. Outstanding follow through and customer service. I can't say enough good things about Logan Podell and Cliff. The quality of their work is fantastic. More over, when you call their phone it says "we stand behind our work" and I can tell you first hand they absolutely do. In my case unfortunately there was an issue that happened which wasn't the fault of Premier but a third party contractor who reinstalled my windshield. Even though it wasn't Premier's direct fault, they stood up for their vendor and came to the table to resolve the issue. Ultimately they would have had to, but rarely does a company resolve an issue that cost them a lot of money, prior to being forced to do this. But Cliff and Premier did. I have used them in the past and the quality of the work is flawless. But to live up to their slogan and stand behind their work is exceptional. In summary, while most companies may say they stand behind their work, I can say hand on heart that Premier does. In my circumstance it cost them over $80,000 dollars to do so I believe. But, they stood up and did the right thing. Not because they were forced to, but because they wanted to.. Frankly , I was shocked a bit. read more

I will note that almost a year later, I had a follow-up issue that could have but not guaranteed have been related to the initial repair. EDIT: Yelp located me in City of Industry. I am in Thousand Oaks. I'm really torn on how to review Premier Coach. On the one hand, they did a very good job repairing my car. On the other, I have the following unsatisfactory observations: - I was T-boned on 12/02/2024. Premier Coach was recommended to me by my insurance company. I got my car to them that day. - I received the estimate from Premier Coach on 12/04/2024. That was good, quick turnaround. Their estimate listed all of the parts needed for the repair. The damage to my car was considerable, so the parts list was long. I asked Premier Coach for an estimate (non-binding, of course) of when they would be able to complete the work. I was told "We're aiming for toward the end of January." - The last week of January came and I had not heard anything from Premier Coach. I called them and asked if my car would be done. They said that they needed another week, that the car was still being re-assembled and had to go through QC and calibration. Note that Premier Coach did not call me of their volition, I had to call them to get the status of my car. At that point, I requested that Premier Coach take some initiative and call me with regular updates on my car. - The first week of February was coming to a close, so I called Premier Coach to ask if my car was ready. They told me that it would be ready by the middle of the following week. The original estimate was end of January, now it would be mid-February. When I spoke to them, Premier Coach told me that they needed to get another part to complete my repair. Note that I received a parts list in their 12/04/2024 estimate, but apparently, they did not include that part on their original list. - The car was finally completed and ready for me to pick it up on 02/13/2025. I ended up with over $4K in rental car fees. - Before my accident, I had an ornament hanging from my rear-view mirror, as many people do. This ornament was something that was hand-made for me, a one-of-a kind item and very meaningful to me. When I got my car back from Premier Coach, the ornament was gone. It was not in the glove box, the center console, the door storage areas, nor the trunk. Just, gone. I called Premier Coach and asked about it; I was told that they did not know what happened to it. Premier Coach told me that a sub-contractor replaced my windshield, and that the sub-contractor might have removed the ornament, but they could not follow that up for me. I would like to give Premier Coach five stars for the quality of the repair job. However, I would also like to give them one star for the length of time the repair took, the initial lack of status updates, and the loss of my personal item. I'll split the difference and give them three stars. But I'm not happy with the experience. read more
