Being that it's a 50 year old mini Kubota I had doubts about part availability or if it could even get up and running as it had been stored poorly with old diesel gumming everything up. It took about a week for an estimate, then another week or two as parts arrived to get things fixed, rewelded. They were very consistent with updates, and respected my budgetary limits. Communication was clear and even though I don't know much about tractors everything was explained in layman's terms. We're now considering bringing them our old Ford tractor to get fixed up in a couple of months

I called, left a voicemail, and rang the doorbell multiple times -- I could hear a dog barking inside, but no one answered, and I never received a response or follow-up. I understand that things come up, but the complete lack of communication or acknowledgment afterward was incredibly disappointing. A quick call or message to reschedule would have shown basic respect for my time. What's most frustrating is being left standing outside early in the morning with no explanation -- and no accountability since. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you value your time and reliable communication, I would not recommend this business.

After reading the instructions in the manual and looking at You Tube videos, I thought it would be an easy job. I spent the next two days trying to remove the bolt that secures the blade. No dice; it wouldn't budge. Different wrenches & sockets didn't help, and the bolt became rounded. Various sprays didn't help, either. All I got was cut & scraped hands, along with a backache....and my back is 72 years old. The EGO "Help" center wasn't useful either; they suggested I read the manual or drive 70 miles away to a repair center. The place where I purchased the mower (Ace Hardware) doesn't do repairs, even though their website says "Appliance Repair." Lowe's sells EGO products but they don't do service or repairs. Luckily, I found Bob's Garden Equipment a few miles from me. I brought the mower to them with the new blade I purchased at Lowe's & a technician removed the bolt in 2 seconds with a power tool. He also replaced the blade & secured it with the rounded bolt. And no charge. Such service and integrity are quite uncommon these days.

He arrived on time and told me I needed a new tire and said he would call around. He also stated that he would charge me $50 flat rate. And once we found a tire he could go and exchange it for me. I agreed upon that first. He told me that my new tire was going to be around 200 dolland I thought that was a little excessive for one tire, especially such a small tire. So he said he would call another place.He called another place and as he was on the phone I listened to the conversation and google the make and model. When? My Google search came up. I seen that for a brand new tire. It ranged from 49 to $70. He gets off the phone and tells me that he found one for a hundread plus tax. I knew that was a bit excessive. So I continued to Google why he said he was going to return the tire. I sent him the screenshot of the tires I found which were all brand new and told them please do not let them overcharge me for a tire. He text me back and said he found one for a $110. And I ask him to bring the receipt when he returned. I asked him for a receipt and he showed me a receipt for a $100. Was it a proper receipt? I don't know. I just took his word for it but told him that was more expensive than any of the other tires. I had looked up so when it came time for payment. He told me it was going to be a 175 when he quoted me $50 and showed me a receipt for a 100 I told him that was more than. We talked about, but at that point it was done and I was just trying to hurry up and end the transaction. I asked him if he had changed. He told me he did not at that point I did not want to pay him any extra money because I felt like he had already charged me way too much and informed him. I was gonna go to the bank and get change. Once arriving at the bank, the lines were too long and he was waiting outside with my car. So I just went ahead and gave him the money. So we both could be done with the trandaction. All in all, I really feel like because I was a woman he did take advantage and overcharged me and up charged me. I told him as I was giving him the money that I just wanted it to be done with. He agreed took the cash and then left. In all honesty, outside of him over charcharging me he got the work done.

I choose the Glenn B Dorning company for my new Kubota purchase because of service! I drove over 90 miles in each direction passing many other dealers that were hours closer. Bob was tremendous, at helping me choose the wright size piece of equipment for my needs. He always answered the phone or returned a phone call as soon as possible if he was with a customer. He was more than thorough, explaining every inch of the equipment, its uses and how to maintenance it. They offered a competitive price wright out the door without having to haggle or barter. I had called several other dealers multiple times, before choosing the Dorning CO and never even got a return phone call! I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with any other company.

We were able to take a look at the lot and confirm what my husband wanted. We left our info for the sales to call us back. Bob called my husband first thing Monday morning. After a day or so of talking, our order was placed. Bob arrived a week later with our new tractor. We cant say enough about Bob. He was great from the beginning. The day of delivery, he showed up early and spent a good amount of time going over every detail with us. He was beyond nice and extremely helpful.
