When booking this house I was…read morea bit skeptical that it would not be sufficient for 8 people but we were pleasantly surprised it was good for 10 people. We had one outside bed in lower living room and needed an extra bed for my son. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with a small foldable foam bed. House was well maintained and we had no complaints. One small suggestion would be if they could put out a garbage disposable outside or behind the house that can be easily identifiable. We initially struggled a bit to spot the garbage disposal box.

We had plenty of room for everyone. Of the 8 bedrooms, 6 have king size beds, and two of them have private full baths. There are 3 additional full baths for the others. The cabin itself is pretty new, so everything was clean and in working order. The location is very close to the west entrance to the park, and is convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc. I was especially impressed with the quality of the pots and pans, very nice for a rental. The cabin also has a full sized washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The WIFI was available, but I have to say it is not very fast. Considering the location, this was not too surprising. There were no problems with billing, or unexpected charges. Overall a great choice for a large party, I highly recommend this location!

We stayed in the motel part, and while the room was on the smaller side, was adequate. They have fresh baked cookies in the lobby and you get a voucher valid for up to $10 for breakfast and coffee, juice, soda, or hot chocolate. The front desk gals were friendly. We didn't use the pool (outdoor) or hot tub, but they looked nice. We paid about $170 per night not including taxes. They have RV parking. The last two nights, it seemed that a lot of the hot water ran out from others utilizing the shower next door at the same time. 2023 #51

Highly recommended as it came with our room. The room was clean, decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent. The TV had a wide selection of channels, and it all worked correctly and was clean. Yes, this hotel may be costing just a little bit more. Since we will know, most likely not be back to Yellowstone I will tell you the truth in stating that they are under pricing their rooms at this place . They should be asking $100 more a night. Conservative estimate of everything that I've seen throughout all different hotel states and areas. They need to up their rates because they are actually too low by at least 20 to 40%. When we have breakfast, we watched a head, waiter training, a newer waiter. I was actually watching in a managerial way to see if he was following the correct way to train new employees. He was perfect and followed every single cell. They were polite, respectful, and their jobs extremely well. We really appreciated that Highly recommend

They truly made us feel welcome and cared for as if we were a guest in their home! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our excursions inside the park, even though that's not even required of them! They offered us binoculars and lent us a beach chair for my elderly mom to use in the park. Breakfast has tons of variety with different main course menus daily - pancakes, cereal, eggs, fresh oatmeal, yogurt parfait, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, toasts....you name it....!! 24 hrs tea, coffee, hot cocoa, laundry rooms on 2 floors, 24 hrs free ice and drinking water refills, rooms have microwave, fridge w freezer, very spacious and clean, beds very comfy, room furniture is rustic wood with wildlife themed decor. Lobby has vending machines for drinks and snacks, internet workstation with printer, tea, coffee, hot cocoa etc. Stayed in many other hotels both large chains and small family owned, but found Kelly Inn staff to be the most friendly, warm and welcoming, especially Vereniz and Derek! They also helped locate and retrieve our shoe that mistakenly went with housekeeping to their laundry area. Whatever we requested for our room was sent to us very quickly. Housekeeping ensured our room was cleaned and fully stocked daily! It is these small, kind gestures that make hotel staff stand out because guests leave happy and their vacations become memorably sweet!

Our room was great-- big and comfortable with a nice desk/work stations. fridge, coffee machine, flat-screen, plenty of plugs, except wifi, good sized bath (with a separate sink), and comfy beds. The included breakfast was very good, with plenty of healthy options like cut fruit, whole fruit, cereal, and yogurt to complement the eggs, French toast potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels and pastries. The staff was great and put out a pre-Halloween basket of candy. We could not have been happier with our two nights at Kelly. Pro Tip Free coffee in the lobby at night

The hotel…read morewas in a great location, an easy quick walk to the shops & restaurants in West Yellowstone. The hotel was very hot the man across the whole compared to Auschwitz. The Club House Inn is rustic and has charm. Our room had two queen beds, a dated coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. We had a view of the parking lot. The walls were paper thin we could hear people walking above us and conversations next-door until 10:00. Our room was dark and it was tight with all of our belongings for 3 weeks. We didn't have much counter space in the bathroom and the water pressure was weak. Hot coffee was available in the lobby. There is a pool, hot tub, and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. We had issues with the Wi-Fi. A buffet breakfast was included from 630 until 930. The usual toast, muffins, fruit, scrambled eggs, potatoes , sausages, biscuits, yogurt, juices.... There was not enough seating for all the guest, and it was extremely hot in the dining room. When we were done with breakfast, we went up to our room to brush our teeth and we were already checked out. It required two trips down to get back into our room.

The service at the front desk was also spot-on, very polite and friendly staff even when we had issues. That being said, for the cost of the hotel I would've expected more in regards to the quality of the building and linens. The bathroom/shower was not as pictured and was far more dated than we expected. At least one of our towels had frayed edges. At some point we had issues with the TV and had to reset the entire tv/box to get it to work again. The light bulb in the bathroom went out and we had to ask the front desk to send someone to replace it AND THEN the lights in the vanity area outside of the bathroom became faulty as well. It seems that room needed some new wiring and general updates to the bathroom overall. At least the ac/heater worked well! The breakfast was standard complimentary breakfast and we appreciated the variety over our 4 night stay. Overall, even though it was in a great location, we likely would choose another, more modern, hotel.
