One for my male cat who landed incorrectly and broke his back foot and recent I went here under an emergency after my newly spayed Kitty developed a Seroma that quickly became infected. It's important to mention my cat was NOT spayed at this location but at a cat clinic. The girl who answered immediately had me text over images to Dr Berrios and within minutes he answered. The following days after visiting and getting treatment not only did the front desk girls call me to follow up on my baby but so did Dr Berrios. He took time out of his personal life to text me and make sure everything was okay just as they had done the first time with my male cat. My cat is since then recovering well. They did the initial exam for my small dog, bloodwork, and some other things to prepare for her surgery which is booked next week! They were extremely helpful when explaining all of the information I needed on my dog's procedures and payment options, and the doctor and tech shared info on insurance options which I do already have luckily. They even had a promotion going on for a free Rabies vaccine which I needed! I would come to this clinic for anything. They have a $20/month plan to bring your pets in for unlimited exams which I would absolutely do if I lived here. The doctor and tech that helped us both seemed very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. When something is wrong with your dog and you are awaiting test results, that's not the time to let your customers fall through the cracks. They promised to email the results the next day and I never heard from them. So, I called two days after the visit, had to navigate a phone tree, and sit on hold forever while they rounded up my test results. Then she came back on and wouldn't give them to me and said she would have the doctor call me to discuss when he "comes out of a room." I haven't seen that tactic used since HIV tests back in the 90s. Hours later... CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS....NO CALL BACK?! I had to call back AGAIN before they closed on a Saturday (and they are closed on Sundays). I didn't want to wait till Monday to find out what was going on with my dog. Literally insane and unacceptable. In case you want to know the end to this saga....some lady came on the line after holding forever again and told me she sent me an email 15 minutes ago. I had nothing, even in spam, and then told me everything was fine. I have NO CLUE why she couldn't tell me that the first time I called. This place is a disgrace. Prior to coming here, I had heard from several people that Wilton Animal Hospital had great care at reasonable prices. This is their newer, second location with a different name. I was nervous about anesthesia but the procedure was essential for his health and comfort -- he had a fractured tooth and an infected gumline abscess. From the very first consultation, Dr. Elizabeth and her team were thorough, gentle, and patient, answering all of my questions without making the visit feel rushed. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident in my decision to proceed, and scheduled his procedure for the following week. The day of surgery I received timely updates, including when he was placed under anesthesia. Once asleep, they performed detailed X-rays and CT images to assess all teeth. Dr. Elizabeth personally called me from the operating room to discuss additional findings and procedures. It's simply impossible to fully evaluate a dog's mouth during the initial consultation while he is nervous and squirmy. Cooper ultimately required three extractions and a cleaning. I was notified when he was taken to recovery, and he was discharged after two hours of additional monitoring. I was given a comprehensive booklet with photographs, charts, postoperative medication instructions, and recommended products to maintain his dental health moving forward. That evening, Dr. Elizabeth personally called me to check on him. Lastly, I want to address the topic of cost, which I've seen mentioned in other reviews. This is not a standard veterinary office. While many clinics offer surface-level cleanings, Dr. Elizabeth's team provides comprehensive advanced dental medicine. A tooth that visually appears healthy on the outside can be unknowingly be diseased within -- and without advanced imaging, you simply cannot know. In my opinion, it is best to address everything once than potentially multiple future procedures, compiling additional repetitive cost. Our pets deserve the same standard of care we expect for ourselves. This level of medicine is an investment, and when you view your pet as a family member, the peace of mind is priceless.
