Stopped by here for some ice cream cuz it looked like a cute modern ice cream shop. Tried some samples and they had some very fun flavors and some classics as well. The person helping us scoop was very nice and friendly-explained their most popular flavors. I ended up getting the Cookie Monster with the Dulce de Leche. The dulce de leche itself was great! But the Cookie Monster was very icy and the texture was all off. I loved both flavors though! They have a ton of different flavor choices so there's definitely something for anyone and a thorough allergen list to make it easy. I didn't even get a picture of my ice cream because I just dove right in. But I had the cookies and cream and moreo once scoop of each. Both were extremely good. Went to lunch at Lazy Dog and had some time for ice cream b4 going to Escapology. Kids chose this place since they live here and we don't. Long story, but I separated from the rest of the family and got there late, so they had already ordered their ice cream. I finally found my way and was the last order. Bought a hot fudge sundae with pistachio ice cream. Okay, it was just a simple small cup with one scoop of ice cream, but they did what no other ice cream shop had ever done for me before. They had filled the hot fudge from the bottom and put the ice cream on top, giving such a satisfying sundae like I have never had b4. I know, super simple, but sooo good. I asked if they had hot fudge for a hot fudge sundae and the guy said yes, however they used chocolate syrup drizzled all over the sides of the plastic drinking cup it was served in. Hot fudge and syrup are two different things. The vanilla bean ice cream had no vanilla flavor or specks of vanilla in it. It seemed like just plain ice cream with no flavorings, very bland. Also, they claimed to have run out of whipped cream and they had to make some more.. I thought it would be some special whipped cream.. but nope it was just regular old cream . I sampled what the girl said was like cookies & cream, it tasted watered down and not creamy so I opted for the dulce de leche. My toddler and I stopped in on a weekday after the nearby princess story time. The service was great and the ice cream was delicious. We were helped right away by a really friendly employee. As soon as we sat down to eat a rush of people all arrived at once. This employee (who was all on her own) handled the rush so well, working quickly and thanking everyone for waiting. The dining room was oddly arranged with a tight booth area. They have tables outside as well. The ice cream we had was creamy and delicious. The blackberry ice cream had a great fruit flavor. My sundae was full of tasty fudge and cherry ice cream, my choice of ice cream for the sundae. Vegas is lacking in quality ice cream so I'm happy with what Mora has to offer. Quick service here but wasn't a fan of the ice cream even if it's labeled as gourmet. I tried the double scoop cup with dark chocolate and Irish coffee but both disappointed me. I expected a stronger chocolate flavor from the dark chocolate but it was missing. I had sampled the Irish coffee and the espresso mocha and decided to go with the Irish coffee but as I kept scooping my ice cream I got more of a toffee/caramel flavor than coffee. If you're craving ice cream the place is conveniently in town square but I wouldn't become a regular here. I've had better ice cream so I'm a tad bit put off by this place I didn't even finish it... so that's saying a lot. Also you'll need lots of water after. read more
