We've come here for several years, and love checking out all of the new flavors. Store is generally clean and the staff is usually friendly. Today, however, as my daughter was finishing her yogurt, she bit into and almost choked on this hard, rubber piece. Not sure what it is or what it's from, but is probably from the mochi bucket where my daughter pulled her toppings from. I came to this location and needed to use the bathroom after getting my yogurt cup and the cashier told me I couldn't use the bathroom because the toilet was clogged up. But clearly it wasn't clogged, they just wanted to clean the bathroom at 8:30pm when they don't close until 11pm. I asked how long would it be and she didn't provide an answer on how long it would take to clean. I asked if we paid for all of the customers behind me if they would accept my money. They said no. Super clean and nice yogurt place. They have many options for the self serve frozen yogurt. They also have a ton of different toppings, including fresh fruit like bananas and berries. Everything is priced by weight so obviously if you pack your bowl full, it's going to cost more. We went on a Saturday around opening and there was no other customers. I usually love Yogurtland, the flavors are so good and my kids love coming here. I literally came to Yogurtland after my wedding reception, that's how much I love it. HOWEVER, there is something, or someONE, that is making the experience intolerable. I've come into the store about 5 or 6 times in the last couple months, and every time I come in it REAKS of weed. The smell burns my nostrils. I've been pretty patient and forgiving, but when my kids are literally complaining about the smell, I can't stand by any longer. There is an employee with red hair and tattoos who has conveniently been there every time we have visited. Not only is there a smell, she is consistently cursing at an obnoxious volume. In front of my 9 and 5 year old. At this point, I feel like I'm subjecting my kids to Gordon Ramsey level profanity and weed scented frozen yogurt. Enough is enough. Going to U-Swirl down the road.
