Went to get yogurt last night with my teenage son. If you have a teenager, then you know sometimes getting them to hang out with you is a challenge. My son treated me we sat in the car and enjoyed it (no pics because we were not messing around). But the customer service from James and the other young man that was working was awesome! The place filled up fast as everyone seemed to want yogurt at 930pm lol and these 2 guys (maybe 3 of them * sorry I was really concentrating on my toppings) were handling the crowd just fine and they were super friendly. We placed a pick up order through the Yogurtland app... one of the items was froyo with brownie bites ..apparently the store was out of brownie bites and, rather then contact me to ask about a replacement, they took it upon themselves to replace it with cheesecake bites?? We came to try the Laufberry flavor, and it was a really yummy strawberry! I also got the chocolate flavor with oreos, cookie dough, and mochi as toppings. We've come here for several years, and love checking out all of the new flavors. Store is generally clean and the staff is usually friendly. Today, however, as my daughter was finishing her yogurt, she bit into and almost choked on this hard, rubber piece. Not sure what it is or what it's from, but is probably from the mochi bucket where my daughter pulled her toppings from. I came to this location and needed to use the bathroom after getting my yogurt cup and the cashier told me I couldn't use the bathroom because the toilet was clogged up. But clearly it wasn't clogged, they just wanted to clean the bathroom at 8:30pm when they don't close until 11pm. I asked how long would it be and she didn't provide an answer on how long it would take to clean. I'm disappointed in the service because cleaning should take place close to closing time or after closing not during service hours. read more
