All told, it cost $1,650 for materials and labor, to seal and waterproof the cracks, and an additional $350 to paint. (Rubina said typically touch-up paint is included, but ours was a fairly big job.) This felt like a pretty fair price considering the number of cracks we had, and how happy we were with the end result. Armen was friendly, efficient, and did quality work.
