He was super upfront about what he could do and gave us recommendations even if we didn't move forward with him. He answered ALL of our questions and made us feel very at ease (especially after working with a contractor that was the complete opposite). Aston emailed me a very detailed and reasonable quote that evening and we hired him that next day. He is seriously one of the best contractors I've worked with (I work with contractors for a living so I've seen the full spectrum of good, bad, and ugly). He is super friendly and VERY communicative. All told, it cost $1,650 for materials and labor, to seal and waterproof the cracks, and an additional $350 to paint. (Rubina said typically touch-up paint is included, but ours was a fairly big job.)
