    Tandoori chicken wings
    Joel S.

Got me a few most popular items on their menu. The Tandoori chicken wings, Indian veggie cutlet, and their buttered chicken lunch combo with rice. The veggie cutlet was cooked with perfection, not dry with good flavor and comes with a side of Indian chutney sauce. The Tandoori chicken wings has some good Tandoori Indian spices, really good flavor infused in the chicken wings. The buttered chicken, lunch size combo is a perfect portion size for 1 person. What I love is that they have the rice on the plate with the buttered chicken in a bowl separated. I did add my rice to the bowl to mix it in. Highly recommend doing that! The buttered chicken sauce is thick and they give you alot of pieces of chicken! For the price, it's worth it, under $15! Friendly service and clean inside.

Conveniently located in a strip plaza with plenty of parking, More Curry! has a nice, inviting interior and very friendly service. You order directly at the counter, and the menu is clear and easy to navigate. We came on a busy Saturday evening and were happy to find everything running smoothly despite the crowd. We tried the Palak Chicken Plate, which came with naan, rice, and salad. The curry flavor was really good, though the chicken could have been a bit more tender. We also had the Chicken Tikka Kebab, which was nicely grilled and tasted great. For dessert, we went with the kulfi (milk ice cream) -- absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced! The menu also features a lot of fun fusion options like Indian pizzas, wraps, and burgers, which we're definitely coming back to try. Great spot for a casual meal with lots of unique choices!

Expensive but I really liked their curry. I had the Butter Shrimp Curry (regular plate) and I counted seven big shrimp in there, cooked perfectly with the rich and creamy curry. I paid the extra dollar for the garlic naan and it was worth it. I could have done without the salad, next time I'll get the yogurt instead. My son got the chicken tikka masala with the regular naan and he was impressed with it too. Their menu has lots of interesting options, including fusion pizzas and tacos. Highly recommend!

So let me start by saying this was not the first time me and my wife had More Curry.... It is the 6th . We ordered it via door dash and just kept getting it... the. We said we need to go eat there !!! The restaurant is a nice little spot, with open seating and you will order up front and then they will bring out your food. The service was fantastic. We actually got to meet the own and he gave us great suggestions. The food came out fairly quickly and looked amazing. We orders the butter chicken plate and the bowl, we got garlic naan, we also got the poutine fries with the butter paneer. Honestly the food here is amazing. When we ordered from door dash I also tried their pizza and the butter chicken wrap and they were equally delicious. More Curry is just a fantastic spot and will not let you down on some amazing curry fusion. This is one of our favorite spots after moving to the area. We will be back at least once a month lol

The food here was delicious but definitely on the spicy side even when ordered mild. The mango lassi was really good and helped cool things down. What kept this from being a 5 star for me was the naan pizza. The flavor was nice but for the price I expected more chicken on it. It looks like a lot of chicken was on it but it was actually thin and ended up being a bit disappointing. Overall the food is tasty and worth trying, but I wish the portions matched the price a little better.

I come here every now and then and it's soo delicious. Literally worth making the drive from Irvine for. This is probably the best Indian food I've ever had! Like, it's literally converted my Indian food hater bf to an Indian food lover who frequents More Curry. The butter chicken poutine is so unique and delicious. The flavors pair so well together and the chicken is moist, and the fries crispy. There's always open tables and a large parking lot so you don't really have to worry about those. Service is always quick and friendly!

We will be back for MORE Curry!

Our second visit! Mmmmm, as delicious as the first! We ordered the 'Large Plate' w/ Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, rice, salad and Garlic Naan. Definitely enough food for two people.

Hi there! I'm someone with a nut allergy, so I was wondering if there are specific dishes that have nuts in it? Thank you in advance.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! The only specific dishes we use nuts in are chicken tikka masala or paneer tikka masala.

Food (4.5/5) - Tried a lot of essentials like chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala, mango curry, lamb chops, butter chicken and garlic naan. Service (3/5) - Really could use some improvement on this one, had to ask multiple times or flag someone down to ask for items like water/napkins even the check several times. The servers here are very softspoken and sometimes unclear without repeating a few times. They are very nice, regardless. Just slow service. I received the kindest welcome and delightful service and help from Nisha, who explained the dishes to me and recommended The Combo for my first visit. Such a great suggestion since I had never dined at an Indian Cuisine restaurant before. Each one of the servings in the combo was incredibly flavorful, delicious and very filling. I loved each and every one of them! I even had leftovers to bring home, which I am already looking forward to enjoying. The garlic naan bread is out of this world! Their Mango Lassi is indescribably delicious and Nisha informed me that the yogurt they use is made fresh in the restaurant. It tasted so clean and amazing. Definitely going to be hooked on that!!! The atmosphere was so nice and peaceful after a long busy and stressful week. Exactly what I needed. No loud music or noise that people had to talk over. Very, very nice and relaxing. Thank you for the atmosphere as well. Nisha also blessed me with a rice pudding to try and I can hardly wait to make it my evening snack. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome on my first visit. Overview: Great deal, food, and service, perfect for a quick dine-in meal or ordering to-go…read more ---- We were driving back to San Diego from Mammoth and was craving Indian Food. We found this place online and decided to fuel our bellies here. Upon entering there are seats on both sides of the restaurant with the serving area and cashier in the middle. We decided to dine-in and they helped us with ordering. I ordered the Dinner Special Thali ($15.99) which comes with 2 entrees, daal, rice, naan, mango lassi, samosa or kheer. I was allowed to choose 3 entrees of my choice from the select options they had in their serving area (not from all the entrees they have on their menu). I like options and variety, so from their limited entrees I chose mushroom saag (spinach based), chicken tikka, and their paneer tikka. I'm glad I got to taste different options but I like the chicken the best. I also chose the kheer and got the mango lassi as my drink. My boyfriend ordered the butter chicken ($14.99), basmati rice ($3.99), and the cheese naan which we asked if they can add garlic and they kindly did ($4.99). Everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. On the tv's they were playing Indian music and their music videos, which were entertaining to watch. ---- Overall: the price point and tasty food are reasons we'd be stopping by if we're ever in the area again or driving back to SD, definitely check this place out if you want some yummy Indian food in Riverside at a reasonable price!

My food came out 15 minutes after ordering and was piping hot. I was excited to see my food made to order. Portion size 2/5: At first glance, it looked like a ton of food. However, there was only 4 small pieces of chicken in the chicken curry, a decent amount of potatoes and cauliflower in the mixed vegetables, and 80% of the plate was rice. After finishing the curry, I had 50% of my rice left. For $14.99 before tax, I did think the meal wasn't worth the price based on the quantity. Mossoor dal, 4/5: A lentil soup. Initially I drank it piping hot and thought it was too watery and flavorless. But once I let it cool down, I started gulping and got hit with a flavor bomb of spices, lentils, onions. This was the part of the combo. Rice, 2/5: The rice wasn't seasoned with any flavorings or fats. Since it's meant to be eaten with the curry I didn't mind the lack of flavor too much. However, the rice wasn't firm but a bit soft. Thankfully the rice wasn't mushy. But eating the rice alone was a boring experience. Mixed vegetables curry 3/5: As mentioned earlier, it was a mix of potatoes and cauliflower. It was seasoned well with the spices, but the flavor isn't what I would call complex. The curry was also fairly oily. The potatoes were soft and a bit creamy, and the cauliflower was firm. A nice mix of textures, and I concluded this curry was in the middle of the road compared to other places I had. Chicken curry, 0/5: Unfortunately, the chicken itself had no flavor. Despite using dark meat, it tasted as if it was simply boiled in hot water and had zero seasoning. The chicken tasted as if it was coated with oil (which will make sense in a bit), leaving in an unpleasant after taste of oil surrounding my tongue. The curry was even worse. The curry looked to be 50% oil, 50% curry solids and tasted even worse. It tasted like vegetable oil; no flavor at all. Maybe just a semblance of spice. Even when I tried to drain the oil out from my spoon, I tasted barely anything but heat. I hate wasting food, but I contemplated in throwing it away in disgust. Overall, I would had given this place a 1 star review for the chicken curry alone. However, the soup barely saves the meal, and I bumped it to 2 stars as a result.

It has a very beautiful, artistic interior and clean look that makes a wonderful impression. The walls are painted in vibrant colors and designs. Even the bathroom is upgraded and gorgeous. They made a conscious effort to make their establishment very inviting. 5 stars for its upgrades in such a otherwise downy strip mall. We have tried several relatively new Indian restaurants in the past few months. The food, even when requested to be mild, had a bit more sting to it than I had hoped. That makes an impression that leads me to rate this as better than some, but not my favorite. First was an appetizer, a huge portion of Samosa Chaat. I was disappointed that the samosas were not particularly crisp after being smothered in the rich spicy gravy, chickpeas, and tamarind and mint sauces. It is a very pretty appetizer and very filling, but the overall spicy heat made it borderline inedible for me. Our second dish, the Butter Chicken, was very nice. There was plenty of dark meat chicken, tender and juicy, in the traditional, orange, creamy sauce. It was not only delicious with its exotic spice blend, it helped cool down the insides of my mouth while I was struggling with our other two dishes. Our final selection was the Aloo Gobi, basically, potato and cauliflower and a boatload of mixed spices. Sadly, this was too hot-spicy for wimpy me to enjoy. Again, we had requested each dish be prepared as "mild". I'm pretty sure they could have toned it down more than they did. Overall, a solid 4 stars is what I feel is fair. The prices were good, the servings were respectable, we had no complaints about the service, and the decor was very pretty. For those, unlike me, who can better handle the heat, it might have ranked higher.
